Anybody excited about our young core?

Yea the young core is nice. Ball, Miller and Williams is a nice young 3 core. Also have PJ and Bridges plus at least one more good draft pick from next years draft.

Young core is fantastic and fun when Gordon doesn't slow this team down or Terry isn't pounding the rock for 15 seconds of the shot clock. If only we can get lucky and get a Desmond Bane 3 and D type player at the SG position and this team will be amazing. 

I also have a good feeling that Nick Smith Jr can be a nice 6th man if developed properly. The few times he enters the game, he has the right mentality and the game doesn't seem to big for him. 

Fun future IF we don't do anything stupid on and off the court!

Terry needs to come off the bench. His hero ball nonsense holds the starting unit back considerably. With how bad our depth is right now I’m fine with him dominating the ball off the bench but not starting

Nice young core. Honestly just need to keep maturing as a team and need a better coach. One more decent FA move and this team is a playoff team.

This Bleacher Report article made me chuckle.  Our rebuild started a long time ago and is now entering the next phases (*winning* with a solid young core and depth).

We dealt Gordon Hayward, PJ Washington, Terry Rozier for assets.  We drafted Brandon Miller and Mark Williams, re-signed Miles Bridges at a discount, and gave LaMelo the bag.

Now let’s go ahead and reset things back 5 more years so the Lakers can get their ‘Chip, great idea!

That trade is a joke. First round swaps that would probably never convey and left over players.

Yeah but poo like this fuging happens. Small teams bail larger market teams out all the time.  It makes no sense. Almost like they're required to do so. Just like the clippers being able to unload westbrick the other day.

Westbrook was only making 4mil a year and he signed with Denver for 3mil a year bad example.

I wouldn't pay a ham sandwich for him at this point. Maybe he was a bad example though.  Large market teams always have that one super shitty contract that prevents them from getting better though, then magically some small market team takes it on in like a 6 team trade and they're back in business.
