Dan Morgan keeps claiming that the team is in the process of retooling and consistently shuns the notion of a rebuild, but honestly, this team needs to tear it all down and start over. Some simple facts; The team is likely one of the worst in the NFL. We are, bare minimum, 2 years away from even thinking about the playoffs and even further away from being a team that can compete in the playoffs. We are currently the OLDEST TEAM IN THE NFL. We have 17+ players on the final year of their contracts. This team needs to tear it all down. Every player on the final year of their contract needs to be on the trade block for draft picks or younger talent. Championship caliber teams can afford to retool. This team needs to suck it up and hit the damn reset button. -

Show us something. Show up. Show toughness. Show discipline. Show urgency. Show leadership. Show consistency. Show playmaking. Show communication. Show execution. Show dominance. Show up or go home! There's no improvement or getting better if you don't prepare with purpose and show up on game day. That 2018 Steelers game was the end of the 2011 rebuild. We've been waiting to win ever since. -
