When does fast come back? I honestly think losing him was a backbreaker for us last year. Not having our m-s-f line together really hurt our counter to other teams top lines

Seen some rumors that he’ll start on LTIR and that there’s no timetable for a return.

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if he retires.  Sucks he got injured in the last meaningless game of the year. He is still in a neck brace.

Only way I see that happening is the Canes buying out his KHL contract. And I think the league has to approve that and it comes out of the team's cap space.

I could be totally wrong, but I think that's how it works.

Now that Fast is officially out and Jarvis is officially signed, what does everyone think the lines are going to look like? I think it’s a perfect season to try Necas at center but I don’t see Rod doing that. I’m guessing:
