Dont know much about his game but damn how can you not love this dude...

He is the definition of a dawg, love this guy. Dan Morgan was not lying when he wanted to fill out this team with the right mentality.

Mentally, it takes years to get over the death of a parent when you are young--and he lost 2 within 4 years.  Personally, I lost both of my parents in a span of 10 months--and you think you are fine, but you are devastated.  From a football perspective, Legette's time came and he made the most of it--but there are a lot of factors that could contribute to the reason he struggled--people develop at different rates and some are late bloomers.  QBs may have a favorite and if it isn't you, they might diminish your opportunities.  I think Legette has the ability to be as good as any WR in this draft, but he is probably an early second round grade at this time.  His upside (along with Mitchell from Texas) is off the charts.

I haven’t kept up much with the background of our draft picks.  I knew he lost his father but was not aware his mother had passed also.  That along with Transitioning to college and the position switch makes the late break thru more understandable.  Basically a kid and was able to overcome so much and now he’s a first round draft pick.  He’s gonna be an easy guy to root for.

The guy has an adonis body and works incredibly hard. And has the humble personality to match. I hope he is the WR we've been looking for, if he starts showing out in preseason im RUNNING to get a jersey, first one since McCaffrey

How can you not root for this young man?!

As a person it is incredibly hard to root against this guy even you are a fan of another team.

I feel like even if he busts he would still be very likable by our fans.

My daughter had a teacher named Mrs Legette. She was from South Carolina too, and that was a teacher that she loved, and her mother and I loved. Ima get both her and me Legette jerseys to start the year. I just need him to show something this preseason to justify the purchase

    • I don't forsee Bryce succeeding, both Baker and Sam had competent QB play, even under Macadoodo  I could be wrong, but I just don't think he has the abilities to succeed at this level  Some team will pick him up, but I don't see him lasting long
    • Maybe Canales saw an occupational hypnotherapist a la Office Space before the meeting.  There will be speculation until the end on time as to who made the call. The good news is that it was done before the darkness reached the point of no return.  I think the tone of the press conferences will be different in a good way. Less placating, maybe. The company line is obviously different when it comes to Bryce and hopefully if we start reeling off some wins and/or multi TDs games, he will become an afterthought. It’s not impossible to hit 30 points with this offense.  Anyway, it’s going to at least be fun to watch some games again. The first 30 yd laser from Andy may make me pee on myself a little.
    • I am still just flabbergasted that some of these so called experts continue on with how we did Bryce.  It is straight up simple, he sucks!  It has nothing to do with the talent around him, nothing, if he were on the 49'ers guess what?  He would still suck!  He just isn't an NFL QB, there is nothing he has shown to prove otherwise.  H3ll a broken clock is right twice a DAY, Bryce hasn't been right twice in over a year, he is JUST NOT GOOD! But on topic, no, no QB is going to do this If I recall correctly the whole Eli thing wasn't because Eli didn't want to play there it was because his dad had beef with the Chargers front office. There has now, nor ever been proof that Andrew Luck stayed in school an extra year to avoid us and if he did, that was under a different regime Any QB that belongs in the number 1 pick, and I'm sure even Bryce was of this mindset, has to come in knowing they are on the worst team in the NFL and believing they can change that.
