How many games are you willing to give Young?

It shouldn’t take all season to figure this out.

I give it 3 games to know how they internally feel. How the act on it is another story. Doesn't really matter how long people on here are willing to give him, if the fans in the stadium start booing they might gotta do something sooner than later

Anyone willing to give him any more games should be willing to give any random cheeks QB a season+ to prove something.  The only reason he’s getting another chance is sunk cost.  Any other QB with less invested that played like BY9 last year would be a dead man walking NFL wise.

I have zero faith and every game played with him at starter is a wasted week.

I think that's what's it's gonna take. If plays like last year and continues to blindly support it will be no pressure by the team.

WTF is wrong with this fan base. Support your young QB. Ride or die this season. Enjoy your new and energetic coach. And stop with all this negative BS.

That's's cute.

With respect to OP's question, if Tepper is rational then he gets the entire season. The wild card is if he continues to suck, can Tepper handle it?

Seems that they want him to become what Dalton already is. They would be .500+ with Dalton. A game manager with a good arm with these WRs and oline would be fun to watch. Trading assets for a 5-8 165 lb qb who you have to pull in hail Mary situation is idiotic. Hope I'm wrong I'm rooting hard for bryce to succeed

it took about 17 minutes of gametime for the falcons to figure him out and make it very clear this was never going to work.

loved the morons here claiming it was the wide receivers fault bryce was throwing go out routes of bounds, or practically handing the ball off to jessie bates.

And anyone playing him into another #1 pick shouldn't be around to make that pick.

    • I agree to an extent but if we keep losing, and that’s a real possibility with the mounting injuries and defensive struggles, there’s a good chance DJ won’t be making plans to stick around beyond this season. In that case, I say we definitely should consider trading him for by the deadline. Let’s face it - it’s going to take some time to build this team into a winner. We’re not just a player or two away either. What’s the use of holding onto a valuable player who may not be around after this year anyway when we could possibly net draft capital that will help our team in the long run?
    • I have never felt more prematurely validated than I do in this moment for my love all things Jalen Coker. He very well could just be a JAG but I'll be damned if the dude isn't running some crisp ass routes and catching everything thrown at him. He has shown more in his 7 catches than I have seen in all of Mingo's 55
    • But we were within 8 points in the 4th quarter. That is a one possession game. This is my point, yesterday is a classic example of an opponent that could have been beaten by a rush heavy attack. Don't get me wrong, the parade of penalties and critical errors were impactful too but it was very winnable. That was a bad rushing defense we faced. Statistically one of the worst in the NFL. I get the situation like the Bears game. That's a better example of what you are talking about. It was out of hand so early that we were shot. Not to mention that is a very good defense against the run, which makes it challenging.
