Why not? If Darnold, Geno, and Baker can have a resurgence, maybe the football gods will also bless Dalton

To be fair, two of those three had a resurgence by getting the fug away from the Panthers. LOL

But trust and believe that Darnold is gonna start looking like Darnold again in the next week or two

True, but this is probably the best oline we have had since our Superbowl year. Dalton did pretty well with quick passes against Seattle and hopefully he can do the same this year if our oline can keep blocking well.

Dalton never had great physical tools but at least he knows how to play the position. We can at least be serviceable with him in there I think.

    • Honestly doubt I'd go to another board if the "plug" was pulled
    • I think you're splitting hairs here. No it is not entirely his fault but since Tepper bought the team many aspects have changed for the worse over the years and fan engagement and access to the team has been one of them. We haven't had a winning record in how many years now but training camp is closed off to fans like they're hiding something next level that is going to take the league by storm. That's not even mentioning the fact that at one point the team awkwardly tried to rebrand a new motto and lean away from Keep Pounding until the fanbase kindly told the Tepper's to fug off and cut the crap.
    • Bryce Young led the Panthers offense to 3 points in 3 quarters. The Seahawks scored 14 unanswered points in the 3rd quarter. Strutting around with your chest out over a touchdown drive late in a game that was long over after our #1 pick finished with one of the most embarrassing stat lines in league history is next level coping. And from someone who uses the term "super weird" to describe others with opposing views. Take this nonsense back to reddit.
