It’s incredibly frustrating.  This team has not changed since he got here.  Shoot 3s and if you go cold you are done.  So vanilla

We are going to miss the tourney in two of the last three seasons and we fuging EXTENDED him. LOLOLOL

The last time we did that? Yeah, that was the year Doherty got fired.

If Jackson doesn't enter the draft I'd fully expect him to transfer. He was a better player the day he stepped on campus than he is now. He regressed a lot this year. He needs to GTFO away from Hubert Davis.

I respect that I was wanting Hubert gone too.. I heard something today saying that the current players on UNC were pretty quiet/recluse so he tried to be respectful.. ?? Not the right word.. but these are kids he should be tough and try bring them out of their discomfort!! But blah blah.. u know what I mean .. I don’t like Hubert either

Hell, I love Hubert. He was one of my earliest favorite players and I've never heard anyone say a bad word about the guy. But that doesn't mean he can coach. I love the guy, he just shouldn't be the HC of UNC basketball. That's all. It ain't personal for me.

Why is Lubin even in the game there? There's 2.5 seconds to go and you need a three to tie. You need an inbounder and four shooters. You damn near get a five second violation and have to pass to Lubin which was EXACTLY what they were trying to make you do since you were dumb enough to have him in the floor and... fug, this guy just can't fuging coach basketball.

An incredible comeback and all I will say here is you need smart players.

You need good coaching to get smart players. The lane violation was incredibly moronic but that last second play was equally moronic. When you put a guy on the court who isn't a shooter and isn't a passer with 2.5 seconds when you need a three to tie you're SCREAMING to the opposing team that this guy is a SCREENER. It's his only logical role in that situation. There isn't time for a rebound and kickout. He's a screener, period. Your opponent KNOWS this. Now you're playing with only four players and they're going to try to force you to inbound to the one guy on the court you don't want to get the ball and guess what? Yeah, Hubert looked like a fuging clown.

Someone absolutely has to look into this.  He clearly stepped over the line on purpose.  He should never play another min for Carolina

This is Carolina basketball. Lubin missed the front end, Withers idiotically committed a lane violation, and Hubert drew up an idiotic last second play. It's basically David Tepper's Panthers on the hardwood. LOL

Carolina has to make the dance.  Even if we are going out early

Hell no. 1-12 vs. Quad 1 teams. Why do you want to see this team go to the tourney and lose by a dozen to somebody like Marquette in the 1st round? I'll pass.

    • The Bucs have been struggling badly as of late so the Aints beating them doesn’t really say much about the Aints being any good. Even Shough (or however you spell it) wasn’t even good and the Bucs still beat themselves. We beat ourselves in the first matchup. If we can take down the Rams the Aints should be easy for us if we’re locked in and dialed in and guys don’t overlook them or assume it’ll be a gimme like last time. And need Bryce to not be absolutely awful like he was in the first matchup. But I do feel good about this game coming off the bye, I think we’ll finally get a convincing win with all 3 phases playing well (Atlanta blowout was good but the O really didn’t do much that game).    Hopefully we take care of business as we should and the Falcons can spoil the Bucs this Thursday so we can see what this team is made of at home in a couple weeks. I’m still very very far from sold on Canales/Morgan, despite the surprisingly solid year we’ve had so far. Bryce I am sold on not being the answer, but the more Canales can get out of him the more confidence I’ll have that he can help us develop a true franchise QB
    • Horn can't fall again, they need to stop the run and they have to keep Shough contained in the pocket. Simple
    • Technically, he wasn't in the league when the Ravens called, but for discussion's sake Iet's assume that he was. The Ravens thing wasn't exactly a negative either. It's all about perspective, empathy and really having an open mind---and an independent mind, not necessarily given into trite, good-boy-bad-boy narratives of an institution that has had problems of varying degrees on its own as a whole. As for Sanders' abilities during college or three games into his pro career, sure I've seen better, but I've seen a lot worse. In my estimation, he deserves an honest chance just like any kid that's drafted into the league. He may not get it, due to the nature of the beast, but it's not because he's been stinking up the field.
