That's the pre-snap disguise and as already stated the strong safety is going to be one of the underneath or a deep 1/4 guys. That is a reduction in coverage responsibility. Moehrig is more than capable of getting down into the box from a two-high look as well. I don't think he'd be in the NFL if that were the case, let alone be considered a top-10 run stopper.
