To put this better...

We have just as much reason to play Edwards as a WR3 or even a WR2 than we did Clausen as QB2. If people aren't getting seperation and making plays as the WR2 (which I know Lafell/Gettis improved but I'm making a point) then there's no reason NOT to get Edwards in the game. I would imagine it's going to take an injury hit before an active roster spot opens.

He WAS a playmaker. He must not be showing them enough in practice to warrant dressing out. Gettis will be out there again as #2 this week with LaFell #3. The only reason to dress Armanti would be to confuse the Saints D. Now, when the kid is ready he should get a shot to see if he has what it takes to make it in the pros. You can't go off what he did at App St.

At that point Danny Morrison will call Fox and demand he be activated and played to put some APP State Butts drinking $7.00 Beers in the otherwise empty BOA stadium. That's the main reason he was drafted in the first place.
