Oof. That's a huge call on UVA. 15 yard roughing the passer is enforced on their field position so they get the ball on the 40 instead of the 25?

If duke won the game 49-7 they would have gotten in, squeaking it out in OT after trying to blow the game not so much. UVA should have had big balls and went for 2
