Yeah, with the huge college roster sizes they can afford to roll the dice on athletes hoping they can make football players out of them or at least figure out a situational role for them. A lot tougher to do that when you're limited to 53.

If you don't have actual football tools at 22, you aren't gonna make it in the NFL 9 times out of 10.
