Who is underrated?
Offensive linemen Austin Corbett (75) and Robert Hunt (82) are a little low for the value they provide in real life. Yes, Corbett has been hit by the injury bug over the last couple of years, but when he's healthy, he's as solid as it gets. Defensive lineman Tershawn Wharton (76) should get a little more love as well, considering he was one of the top sack leaders on the Chiefs last season with 6.5.

Who is overrated?
While he's been Steady Eddie throughout his career, I'm a little surprised Taylor Moton (86) is rated as high as he is. He only allowed one sack last season, but I think he's hit the peak of his career, and should probably be around an 83 or 84.

Ah gotcha, you're talking about the online play, cards, and whatnot. Not at all familiar with that stuff.

That's why I was trying to post to give context.  Some people think good players should be 99.

At the beginning of the year, you get what are called core elites.  Being a 99 at the start of the year is quite the privilege, so Brown being so high is an honor.  I believe he is top 3 for DTs this year.

I can't wait to pay for another roster update and hope that the team ascends in-season.

I'm a cheapskate, don't spend much time playing video games anymore anyway, and only play off-line franchise mode so I'm always a year or two behind in Madden. I wait for the price to get slashed when the new ones come out and usually only buy every other edition. I mean yeah, the actual gameplay hasn't changed in years. You could pick up any of the last ten versions and not notice a huge difference in actual gameplay.

    • Any idea what happened to him at LSU? im reading that he was considered a 1st round pick in 2023, had an off 2024 season with only 4 sacks but was also on a horrible FSU team then went to LSU where he was supposed to be on an aggressive defense that should have given him a lot of sacks but he only ended up with one….   was he injured? Did the top SEC competition expose him? What happened? Cause this guy was considered a top prospect .
    • Sometimes its fun to read the threads/posts.  The panthers could literally hire a groundskeeper and we'd have a thread "improving the field for no other reason to prop up Bryce Young".  Apparently no move is ever done to actually make the team better.  All a conspiracy to just focus on Bryce Young. Or suddenly daydreaming and reminiscing about Sam Darnold when he was hated more than Bryce Young.  Its really fun to do a message board search about Darnold during that time period.   Or thinking there is just a tree that grows QB, and you can just easily go up and pluck one.
    • Yeah okay. We as an organization have been more patient with him than many. And there has been a small parade of guys drafted since he was, also to bad teams, that have passed him. Some have lapped him. As a fan I am out of patience but he gets this year it is out of my hands always has been. I just hope the bar is higher than it has been for him.    FWIW, XL dropped two passes last year. He did do some other bad stuff, just saying.
