Not sure where you guys are getting your Information from.

Adam wanted to come back to be a Panther, to help Bryce. To help this team.

I'm not saying that he'd turn down a reunion with the Vikings, but to assume he's already gone in his mind, is a joke.

This team would be a bigger joke to let him go, considering he is Bryce's number 1 target.

He has a lot of value to this team.

If the Vikings want to give up some major draft capital,  to good for Dan to turn down, fine.

I'd hate to see this receiving core without him this season.  But yeah, let's ship him off.

Yes and no, he wants to go back and his wife most definitely wants to go back. He took a bunch of team mates to Minny and has worked out with JJ two offseasons in a row. It's where both him and his wife are from.

The money was basically a please come back and help Bryce. Pretty please...here's some more money.

Now he's agreed to a paycut to go back to the Vikings.

Because he won't be here next year, we aren't winning this year and we need to see if Renfrow or Horn can be that guy going forward. If Bryce isn't good enough to do poo without AT we need to find that out this year as well. I'm fine keeping him but his role needs to be slowly reduced throughout the year anyway so we know what we have for the future

As I've said numerous times the last few days, having Thielen on the field has literally 0% to do with my views on this (I've even said I think Renfrow is going to take a ton of snaps from Thielen anyways).  He has more value to this team without playing a single snap than a 2026 5th round draft pick does for the franchise.

His value is helping set up T-Mac, XL, Coker, and Horn for long term success by helping them learn how to be pros, how to go about their business, how to train, how to do all the little things that helped turn Thielen from a D2 undrafted player into a borderline Vikings legend.

The problem is if he leaves, all of the Bryce fanboys will use it as an excuse for any regression or lack of progress that Bryce shows. Despite having an expensive OL and 2 first round picks at WR. I really would like to see the real Bryce this year before the 5th year option next spring.

Exactly. Id like to see "long term Bryce" this year. Every other offensive skill player we have can be with the team the next 4 years. If AT is his safety blanket and Bryce has a solid year this year we are going to pay him huge fuging money. What happens next year when that's gone. Since there is a ton of skepticism with Bryce we need to find out everything we can this season and then decide to pay or let him go. I personally think if we don't make the playoffs this year or have a top 12 offense he should not get another contract with us. The 49ers are about to be fuged like a long line of teams that paid a pretty good QB that was on a stacked offense. The money gets tight and the team suffers. As bad is our defense and overall depth is now can you imagine what it will be with Bryce getting 40 million a year.

The Panthers FO and staff should be focused on actually developing their young WR's especially their two first round picks from '24 and '25 instead of airing out this real housewives level drama on social media. They had to significantly overpay just to keep him around. Desperation has rarely been kind to this franchise. Just move on already.
