Cam was also 6'5" 255 with a cannon of an arm and elite athleticism. That's why he was so good. If he was 5'10" 180 with a weak arm and below average athleticism....it wouldn't have worked out no matter who his supporting cast was.

if Cam wasn't Cam, he wouldn't be Cam

I became a fan of this team when we had Smith/Moose/Proehl.

That was over twenty years ago and that's still the high water mark. Moore/Samuel had potential but boy, we absolutely fell off a cliff after that.

I mean Prime SS89 is gonna weight those early Delhomme years to being our best weapons regardless, TMac is the first WR we've had who can potentially be that kind of player.

I know, these players had such great careers before coming here.

Hayden Hurst had some good years, DJ Chark was a 1,000 yard receiver but can't stay healthy. Miles Sanders was what, a 1,300 yard running back? Laviska Chenault isn't exactly an every down player and I still hate that he isn't here because he has a skillset that I love.

These guys aren’t on rosters now for a reason. NFL GMs aren’t dumb they know if a player is a scheme issue or not. Half of these guys signed on other teams just to be cut.
