  1. 1. End Bryce experiment?

Literally any other QB would have been thrown out in the garbage already but this idiot team traded the farm for him so they keep trotting him out there. Hi stat lines are like a third string emergency QB most games. It’s absolutely insane they keep trying to make this happen at this point. He’s a bust, he was never physically capable of being an NFL QB. For every decent throw he makes he makes 5 bad ones. He cant dissect an NFL defense. He fumbles all the time. It’s just over. Spare us more garbage football.

My gut says keep him in and let him ride this out to a top 5 pick.

But that's a fan take. There's guys on the roster who don't deserve that. We need to keep that in perspective too.

Not many don't deserve it. I'd say the specialists, Chuba, Horn and Brown.

Don't worry, Andy will get us into the top 5 regardless.

    • This is a quick reference that refreshes the memory bank.  https://sogsports.com/greatest-nfl-tight-ends-of-all-time/ It doesn’t list their draft position or I didn’t see that but you bet some of these guys were not 1st round picks.
    • I ain't buying it. You run to set up the pass and pass to set up the run. You gotta have at least the threat of legit deep shots. And, last I looked, a deep pass is only 20 yards, so what are we doing here?   Football 101 by Top Dawg: Look, you draft the best players (and that's perhaps even more important at offensive skill positions).  You develop them. You keep your pipeline active year after year. On game days, you run to set up the pass, and pass to set up the run. If they can't stop the run, you run it down their throats. When they do stop the run, pass it, even if you dink and dunk it. But, you have to pepper in deep shots to keep them honest. When they get comfortable with stopping or trying to stop the pass, you run it.  Rinse and repeat and rinse and repeat. Being a one-winged bird on offense is not optimal.
    • It's actually incredibly funny how we had an effective power run offense under Wilkes and then Tepper blew it up and we're only just now winning again once we shifted back to a power run offense.
