If Bryce made those two throws Drake Maye just made this board would go nuts.

It’s not the throws they miss, so much as the ones they don’t or can’t make.  Drake makes the ones that matter more often than not.  Every QB has errant throws every game, so you factor that in with every QB.  Even with that factored in, Bryce misses the gimmes consistently more than the very occasional “good” throws he makes.  We can’t trust him to make the simple plays, so then we NEED him to make ones with higher level of difficulty, and he can’t.  Drake is capable of making any and all throws, and hits the easy ones more than he misses.  That Hunter Henry TD, Bryce has already shown in this game alone that he can climb the pocket and then throw it above or behind the receiver which ruins the receivers momentum and turns a 10+ yard play into a 3 yard play or an incompletion.

I'd have to agree that Canales is getting outcoached here, though nowhere near as badly as Evero is.

Might be time to cut bait on this relationship.

How hard is to coach when you don't have a QB and the team was nearly completely devoid of talent from poor drafting for nearly a decade?

Not sure what your point is - Go ahead and make your weird posts when we play TB and I'll respond the same way.

The point is that we haven’t had QB issues, we’ve had organizational issues and that’s been made clear. Therefore wanting a QB because you’ve seen him have success somewhere else is a fallacy. He’d just become another QB that failed in this Panthers poo pool.

    • Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game
    • I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
    • Certainly not going to miss his constant whiffs on sacks and tackles.
