In all fairness, and I do not know a whole bunch about the Browns and how they operate, but he got them to the playoffs twice, which in Cleveland is akin to a lunar landing mission.

They gave Sefanski a stacked roster but him, Berry and Feech La Mana decided to mortgage the entire future for a perv.

They've had trouble finding a replacement for Bernie Kosar for a while. Their troubles outdate Watson by a couple of decades, not that it excuses that contract or pursuit.

Well, to be fair, the Browns that Kosar played for now goes by the name Baltimore Ravens.  The current version of the Browns has no resemblance of the previous version other than the name and uniforms.

Not exactly. When Modell packed up and moved to Baltimore, it was stipulated that the name, colors and far more crucially, the history and records would remain in Cleveland for when they received a new team. Personally, I think they should've dropped the name and colors, but that's me. History and records however absolutely did not travel on down to Baltimore. True story.

I can't imagine the drunken chaotic altercations at Waffle House inside a NFL stadium on Sundays. Every building would have to come with a judge and jail like in Philadelphia.

Inside stadiums? First thought is hash browns, chunked and covered, $15.

What has Stefanski done that would warrant replacing Canales with him? Stefanski has had a long run, and a I'm not sure how much juice he actually had in personnel decisions and the like, but he's been a part of a dumpster fire arguably more intense than what we've experienced.

He’s won coach of the year twice

I know only too well the history of the Browns.

Stefanski is the most overrated coach in the league, go look at his track record with QBs. Cousins got better once he left, Watson got worse, Baker got better after he left Cleveland. They win cause of that defense

That is very cool. Whether you like Watson and his associated deal, or don't like him and think it was the worst thing ever, it is entirely your opinion, and some people will agree with you, and some will not, and some may not have much of an opinion at all.

It is a little short-sighted to blame their problems exclusively on Watson, and probably a bit unnecessary to tie a coach to that entire thing. Certainly, that mistake is looming very large. I don't know a bunch about how the Browns operate, but typically a coach is not out there pursuing free agents, negotiating deals and orchestrating trades, but the Browns could be unique in that, and maybe that explains some of their problems.

    • We have taken two TEs in three seasons I think, and Sanders may not pan out or it may have been a sophomore slump, but we took a guy last year that was coming on.  I am not in favor of TE in round one and really don’t consider it a high priority in any round.
    • Trevon Moehrig, Turk Wharton, Bobby Brown, Jaelen Phillips, Devin Lloyd, Nic Scourton Giving him 6 starters in 2 offseasons that cost boat loads of money or a 2nd round pick... Not exactly handing the man scraps. The point of the draft is to make the team better. You want to make this about Bryce. It isn't. It's about improving the team. And if anyone can look at our offense and go "we're good", they are lying to themselves. You give quarterbacks weapons. We SCREAMED for YEARS to give Cam some help. But now because we are trying to do it for Bryce, you all are saying we are coddling him because of his "deficiencies". It's a double-standard because you don't like the guy, clearly. But even if he does fail, guess what? The next guy has help too. Win-win.
    • we have 2 solid/above average (however you want to phrase that) wr's, which is more than half the league at least.  We dont need to be blowing more first round capital just to placate Bryce and his limitations.   We have one absolute stud (probably top 10 wr) in tmac and we have a high floor guy with insane potential if he can stay healthy.  Yeah man we are in better shape than the bulk of the teams in the league.  If you need to add some speed or whatever, sure draft in the mid rounds or wait until tc cuts.  Its monumentally stupid to spend 3 straight firsts on a wr if thats the route they go.  ITs just more and more excuses for Bryce, thats where we are at now.    "How can bryce succeed without a big possession type wr (drafts 2 for him), how is bryce supposed to exceed without a speed guy......."   Its fuging never ending.  Give EE some goddamn help on defense for once
