I would have rather put mad pressure and get beat long for a breakout TD than be slowly picked apart like that.

We gotta upgrade the talent on defense. Free agency helped, but that is Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, Trevon Moehrig, and a lot of JAGs. 
 

Mike Jack had a tremendous step forward this year. We got something with Scourton too. 
 

but overall, there’s a lack of talent on that side of the ball. I’m actually extremely impressed with everything Evero was able to get out of them. Draft needs to but defense heavy.

ILB, Pass rush have to get better. Another run stuffing DT wouldn’t hurt. We need to draft and develop a RT replacement, but other than that, I’d like to see this draft be heavy defense.

I would love to see the Panthers throw a bag at Trey Hendrickson (if he will be healthy). That way they can focus on a defensive player who can play the middle of the field. ILB, DT or FS in the draft.
