right now, but if he throws well....Look, I agree with you, but we have both seen second rounders (in our view) get taken in the first round  (Penix, Richardson, Pickett, Levis, etc) when they had the same kind of flaws.

Personally, he has all the traits of a QB that flounders in the NFL--the experience, the inconsistency, etc.  These qbs who play with leads 95% of the time, have better OL and better WRs that the opposition's DL and DBs---(bryce falls in this category) 

 

Maybe a team that wants him will trade up with us.

Penix had ridiculous production while Richardson and Levis had ridiculous physical tools. Simpson just seems very average across the board as an NFL prospect. He's just enjoying that "Bama bump" - Bryce also falls into that category.

Im starting to hope a quality WR is there at 19 to entice a Buffalo or someone to move up with us. Id really like to move down from 19

Lots of great, athletic LBs that could easily be taken at the bottom of round one or early to mid round 2.

It seems weird to do that but one of my favorite drafts was Star and Short. 
Morgan double dipped in FA with the guards. 
Attack that poo Dan.  
 

Realistically, a quality vet FA that is totally up to speed, like Lloyd, and a young sidekick is probably a better plan but I wouldn’t complain if we drafted two.

If we went LB at 19, the LB at 51 better be head and shoulders the BPA on our board. I was thinking more like 1st or 2nd and then double dipping in the mid-rounda

But yeah, if we went LB back to back jn the 1st and 2nd and they turned out like Star and Short I don't think anyone would be complaining. Well, not many anyway. There's always gonna be a few no matter what. LOL
