Damn Logan Jones had a good day too. Was high on him coming in as he anchored that top Iowa line and is a fire plug inside. He's gonna be 25 to start the season so maybe he slips into the 4th but I doubt it, even if C isn't a premium position. His play on the field was top notch and the combine boosted it again. Arm length is about the only knock. But guy is plug and play at C.

 

This is a loaded class at C. Need to grab one.

 Not sure he is in the top ten but:

• His 9.99 RAS score, second among 1,512 tackles since 1987, isn't a gimmick. You see every bit of that explosiveness translate to the field when he kicks and slides in pass sets.

He didn’t participate in the combine due to a hamstring injury. Pretty big red flag when you’re already have injury concerns…

Yeah the more I learned the less interested I became. And wasn’t interested much in the first place.

I think we might end up going with Max Iheanachor, very high upside OT, in round 1.

I doubt WR is even on the board for round 1. There’s no way we go first round WR 3 years in a row.

I would reluctantly take Downs at #19.

Early Thoughts:

I think we're actually going to draft the super athletic TE for once in the 1st round (Panther fans from the late 2000s remember how often they used to mock TE's to us in the 1st round??).  Why do I think we'll draft Kenyon Sadiq? Bryce Young.  Canales & Tepper need Bryce and the offense to excel and teams usually get the super athletic TE in the 1st as a last ditch attempt to save their QB/Offense.  See Matt Ryan/Kyle Pitts and Gardner Minshew/Brock Bowers (I'll even include Matt Stafford/TJ Hockenson). 

My personal wishes:

I really like Peter Woods even though he didn't do the combine... but I feel like we will not draft him.

Definitely want us to take a LB in the 2nd.

Is this class decent enough for a flyer on a 4th round development QB?
