Welp maybe this gets this “legal tampering” weird limbo period changed up a bit. The raiders pooped the bed with this trade not going through, or at least it could have been worse since they already had a lot of cap room.

Teams were tampering. For years. Hell they probably do business at the Super Bowl. They all go. Agents, players, owners, GMs. 
Stopping them it would be a full time job for the FBI. 

You have to hold them to standards though with stuff like this; someone misled someone somewhere along the line. Whoever that was, boom.
