I was coming here to say exactly this.  Siena's lone really good player was literally limping up and down the court from fatigue the last 5 minutes of the game.  

They went like 7 minutes without scoring, and fatigue was 100% to blame for that.

Hard to judge McNamara after all he's done as a player and getting his team to the dance, but man, that was piss poor coaching at it's finest level.

I don't think you can call it piss poor when he took a one seed down to the last 4 minutes and lose by 6 when you are a 28.5 dog. If you think you only have 5 guys that can compete with a superior team I get it. Ride em and pray. It just didn't work
