Both candidates have a history of this. It's a moot point at this stage of the game, because you're getting one or the other.
The real question is, who ya got? We continue to hear, mostly from the Trumpers and Bernie Sanders supporters, how bad Biden is; we continue to witness first-hand how fugged up Trump is, but when it all comes down to it, one of them will be in the White House. The question is, which of the two does the Bernie crowd prefer?
That’s if you know the opposer isn’t armed. If they are armed and you don’t know you are sitting duck. The first thing you want to do is get mobile if the car you are in is being blocked from movement.
All this hindsight speak won’t hold up in a court of law like it does in social media.
Remember, the ball is in the DA’s court in the what if situations. The defense doesn’t have the burden of proof in this case. He can easily say his clients didn’t know if the opposers were armed in any way.
