The kid out of Wisconsin is about the only one I think that could make the transition, and that is only until Paridis is gone, and, if the other G's are so terrible that a Center could beat them out for the position.
Same ones who said Greg Robinson would take the league by storm? ALL of them have said no such thing unless you count the ones working from their moms basement to tout their "tape watching". Granted, we need an OT anchor, but these guys are going up and down boards at the moment. Every board and mock has different guys as the top OT. Started w Thomas, then Wills and now Becton and Wirfs. All have been top 10 and some 2nd round. It is all over the map. WAAAAAy to early to nail down positions like OT. Consistently top 5 however have been Burrows, Brown and Okudah.
I just hope they don't take a center and play him at guard. Billy Price, Pat Elflein and Frank Ragnow are all examples of centers who have had nightmare starts in the NFL playing out of position at OG. Elflein and Price were ruined but Ragnow had a much improved second year playing at C.
