Panthers 27

Bears 13

Teddy throws for 280 and 3 TD’s

Lol

The Bears have only allowed a league low 4 passing TDs all season.

The Bears defense is 1st in the league in lowest QB completion percentage (57%) 2nd in the league in lowest QB rating (70) 2nd in pass deflections. 10th in fewest passing yards Per game (230). 2nd in lowest percentage of 3rd down conversions. 1st in lowest red zone conversations! (36%) years.

Teddy is gonna struggle. Panthers need to rely on the run game and turnovers to win this game.

LOL!!

They barely beat 3 bad teams with a combined record of 1-13, lost to the Colts at home and got a gift from the GOAT. The 3 decent QB’s they faced all threw for 250+, so yeah I’ll stick to my prediction.

Oh where to start with this foolishness...

1. Only 2 QBs have thrown over 250. Stafford/Brady. PadStafford gained 75 yards vs prevent. Brady had 253. They both needed to throw over 40x. This is true!

2. You say 1-13 yet included the losses they had against the Bears. Brilliant!

3. How exactly did Brady give a “gift”? The down mixup? So he would have thrown a better ball, which hit the bears defender between the numbers, had he known it was 4th down and not 3rd? Lol He was at his own 35 yard line with 30 seconds left and no timeouts and throwing to the middle of the field.  That game was over!

4.  The Panthers have only 3 wins vs teams with a combined win record of 4. Bears have 4 wins vs teams with a combined record of 4. The Panthers and Bears have only 1 quality win a piece. It’s a tie.

5. When the Bears lost to the Colts, by 1 score, they were the #1 defense in the NFL and they had Darius Leonard. That was a loss but a quality opponent. However, Rivers struggled, and that’s the argument I’m trying to make. Bridgewater is going to struggle vs the best pass defense in the league on Sunday.

Young team, inexperienced coaching staff. Flying high and over-confident. I have a feeling they're about to get smacked.

Rhule already looks legit, let's see if he's "wise beyond his years" so-to-speak and can keep the team from falling into that mindset.

It’s true Teddy has always struggled with the Bears, I stand corrected. I would much rather have Mr Biscuits as my rebuilding QB.... wait what? Curiously though, how has Teddy faired in his career against you guys?

24-14 Panthers.

Teddy toughs it out and gets 280 yards and a TD in the air, but takes three sacks in the process.

Panthers defense (with Burns in --  he was just announced as active) will play havoc on the Bears offense, getting multiple sacks and two INT.

Since this thread was started . It looks like Burns will play...

Panthers Mobile: Week 6 Final Injury Report: Brian Burns expected to play.

CHARLOTTE - After suffering a concussion against the Falcons last week, defensive end Brian Burns is expected to face the Bears this weekend.

Burns was a full participant in Friday's light practice and does not have an injury status heading into Sunday.

"I'm planning on him playing," head coach Matt Rhulesaid.

This is a different coached Panthers team the Gummy Bears will face come Sunday. We also do not have RR at the helm at HC to have us play conservative only to lose games either.

Bears fans just don't get it. This Panthers team is not the same Panthers team they played last time they did. We have a much improved team compared the last meeting we had.
