None of the $45+ QBs will ever come to us, unless watched before. We will not draft top 3 while Young is here. Because none can deny when he is on he is on, and 4 wins is the floor. This is the flaw in your logic. Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it. Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. PFF is all about consistency performing the, assumed, assignment. Get pushed back 5 yards 3 times followed by splash play killing the guard and a tackle for 4 yards loss (usually ending the drive) grades worse than standing your ground with no tackles.
