I blame Reich,the GM, and the scouts if Bryce sh*ts the bed. Tepper is the money guy and owner. Throwing stuff against the wall without any proof that he was overly involved is just wrong.

They knew he had an issue in the past and still started him the first game anyway. Pressure on young players is immense, especially the #1 pick. The only "narrative" I am creating is it wasn't the best thing for him or the team.

Bryce young had to seek mental health assistance with Alabama. Things where not going his way for the first time in his football life, and the pressure was getting to him. So what do the Panthers do? Name him the starting QB and place one hundred times the pressure on him. I'm not a psychiatrist, but common sense tells you to ease him into the job. Instead of letting him sit and gather it all in and get his head straight for the next level, they toss him out there. The Offense was a mess and the play calling just as bad. The reason why he sat for the Hawks game wasn't so much the ankle, as dealing with the pressure of the 12th man on his confidence and the pressure on him. I feel bad for the kid. Reich is supposed to be this QB guru. How do you not start him off on the sidelines and work from there? One bad decision after another with this bunch.

Good gawd.....the pressure of the NFL and playing on a shat team hopefully doesn't crack him. Not a good look for the GM and coach picking and pushing a guy who may not be physically ready for the job, nor emotionally/mentally able to handle it.

Same uncertainty about Tua as with Bryce back when he started. Bigger then Bryce (6'1 225) by a bit. Analysts said he had a weak arm and wasn't athletic enough. He couldn't hit the long pass with accuracy, if he even got the ball to the WR's at all on deep throws. He was fragile and the 3 concussions had proven their point. Just a bullsh* t narrative. All the misgivings about him proved to be unfounded. Fins surrounded him with WR's who had speed and could actually catch. Also a good running game and great inventive schemes to spread the field and get them open. Exactly what they should be doing for Bryce. This is what they should be working towards for him (and the team), to be successful. I don't know if the coach or the GM can accomplish it.....if not then find people who can.
