Saints are going to have to dump alot of the high priced players, cap hell is here for them. Even they can't fix this by kicking the can down the road anymore. Carr is mediocre at best, they are stuck with him. Mayfield is mediocre also. May be playing okay now, but the chickens will come home to roost. They still have a good defense and some players on offense. But nothing spectacular. Falcons have Ridder and he is below mediocre. They have added some good players on both defense and offense. They are probably the to team to deal with (once they find a QB) in the near future. Panthers need to get their sh*t straightened out this season (and off season). Find an identity and build on it. No more stupid trades and contracts. Fitt seems like a guy on the cutting block. Find a GM who will steer the ship. If Reich doesn't improve on his HC responsibilities, then he is next. If Brown can start the process as OC and get the team moving, that's a start. Bryce will be the best QB in our conference in the long run. Build the team in FA and any draft picks we have. Don't miss on any this time. Have to go for the juggler while the NFC is starting to regress. No more fug ups.

Dead money and cap issues never seem to stop them. Still sign players, pull money out their arz. By the way...Winston sucks too.

I still have yet to see him throw a long pass with accuracy and velocity. That is worrying.

One thing I will say about Richardson,he loved the team and was devoted to North Carolina. He was a football guy 100%. He got an NFL franchise to the Carolina's. I don't think the same can be said about Tepper. More of an investment and a toy.
