No HC candidate with any hope of quick success would take this job, maybe not even long term success. Worst job out of all the ones available. All these interviews are just playing teams against one another. Unless any candidate is just in for Teppers $. Who would want that "guy" as HC anyway? Canales and Morgan are the best we can hope for (I hope Morgan will work out). Canales is a total unknown quantity. Roll of the dice. This team is a fuggin mess from top to bottom. A bunch of JAG's (except for a handful of player's). Some are barely practice squad material. They have a QB who has not shown much SO FAR and no first round pick. Add a meddling owner into the mix. If you where in any qualified candidates shoes would you take this job above all the others? Be honest...would you?

Fug, the guy loves football and it's his life obviously. What is he supposed to do, play golf all day or watch TV. He is a good man and fought off cancer. He can do what ever makes him happy.

Bryce and Dalton this year. Use our draft to add much needed pieces both offense and defense. Supplement with FA. If Bryce shitts the bed, that means we will have a top ten pick in 2025. Grab the best QB available at that draft position and keep moving.

Give the guy a chance. He deserves the benefit of the doubt. He may actually be the only guy that can get through to Tepper in the long run. The guy has the experience of actually playing in the NFL and being in the front office. Neither Hurney or Fitts ever played a down anywhere. He may be the guy this team needs to have an opinion that Tepper would listen to.

Panthers really sucked to not get anything out of Mayfield. Guy is a good QB obviously. Wasn't him, it was us.

Face facts. Tepper isn't going to let anyone run the show besides him. He won't hire a GM or a HC that doesn't genuflect to him. It doesn't matter who he hires because he will still be pulling the strings.

Because we suck from top to bottom. Only players that give a fug are Brown, Luvu, and Hubbard. The rest just getting a check (eg: Burns dragging his ass across the field and saying so.) You can't win or compete with that sort of attitude. Need to cut out the cancer and bring back the "kick ass and take names" mindset that is long gone.

Don't know much about him except that he is young and has been an offensive coach for Dallas and the Chargers. Is he on the radar for our HC job. Seen his name come up on several articles I have read. Could be all bullshitt and just click bait for articles. Heard anything about him as a top candidate??
