  1. I don't disagree the LB play is poor but looked like that long run was right over "all world Moehrig" - the run stopper.
  2. Everybody loves his personality but it's not wise to make a player popular before he shows he can actually play. He has continual mental breakdowns, be it drops, sloppy routes or just basic lack of attention to detail
  3. All everything / run stopper Moehrig tackles an armful of air on that long run
  4. Everyone is piling on Bryce but this might be the longest in game stretch I can recall without him throwing a pick or making another bewildering play.
  5. Well, we did get those two first round picks for Burns - - umm never mind.
  6. This is the right take - although writers and other social media influencers use the delete button aggressively to "correct" any past misinformation.
  7. McCord looked better but had lower QBR than Plummer, if such a thing were possible. I'd be more comfortable with Bailey Zappe or Hendon Hooker
  8. I enthusiastically believe we won't lose another game in the next two weeks.
  9. We already have mummies at LB.
  10. Looked kind of like a bad square dance practice.
  11. Well, we didn't have 1st team/starters on either side of the ball make bottom five rankings. Could be because they did not play . . .
  12. Perkins looks better but will never have the hang time on his passes that Plummer has.
  13. A panhandler in High Point had a sign that said "give me money or aliens will kill my wife with a death ray" and was pulling in the cash.
  14. Rozeboom with that LA / just had a big doobie at halftime. He seems stoned.
  15. I had visions of Haruki Nakamura circling under that TD pass until he got so dizzy he fell down
  16. I wish Canales would get as confused as Steve Smith and send in Jake instead of Plummer. Plummer is uniquely awful.
  17. I'm sorry, if we can't find a better 3rd team QB at cutdown our front office needs to resign as a group
  18. I think Jake's only sub 4.9 40 was when a Rottweiler was chasing him and his Bojangles bag,
  19. Perkins:It's that time of year when a new/underrated pickup looks good against 3rd/4th string and ballboys and the Panther fans call for Dalton to be cut.
  20. Well, in all fairness reports are we have been dominating joint practices - for more than this year. Then we're told joint practices are much more important than preseason games. Then regular season arrives and we all realize it was all wishful thinking. All that's left is the late season mini-rally that keeps coaches and players in their jobs. And then we do it all again.
  21. This would be just a minor upgrade - short-term solution
  22. Bryce is too fragile to have a competent backup challenging him.
