Go figure... THIS team with season ending injuries to key players in the first 2 to 4 weeks. Happens every single year. Most snake bitten organization I've ever seen

Zavala and Mays. Glad to see Hunt get's hurt 2nd game into the season.
It's typical for us. Always key injuries in the first 3 weeks of the season. Can never stay healthy. I know it happens to other teams, but it's always our core guys

He does. How many penalties are we gifted and he barely gets anywhere on the last drive.
Also, WTF is with throwing the ball out of bounds instead of just chucking it up for TMac when you have an offsides and a free play? Is he even aware that it’s a free play and he doesn’t have to try and avoid an interception?
Arizona gifted us a chance to come all the way back and our last drive looks like poo.
They blew the whistle to stop the play. Still though, it did look as if he wasn't aware of that fact

We had every chance to steal one
The offense seemed to be rattled and pressing after they got the onside kick. And O-line crapped the bed. Credit to Cardinals defense too though

Have you seen their draft picks? They have not scouted anyone with a poo outside of TMac.
My point exactly

#56 is one of the worst defensive starters we’ve had in a while.
Which says something about our scout team

About time they called holding

Everybody is blaming Bryce but why didn't anyone block for him
Was a complete jailbreak. No heart in this team. And why did we schedule the Cardinals for this week? After our recent success against them. Kind of a trap game

Here is my take, go ahead and roast me, I'm ok with it, I know where I am. I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet. I will wait until week 4 or 5 before I entertain that option. This game I blame on the coaching staff. Their failure to give reps to the first team during the preseason was reflected in this game. Lets just call this what it is... our preseason warm up game. You could see that the whole team was flat in the first half. Every aspect of the game, the basic fundamentals. Mental errors, missed tackles, timing on routes, they were not ready for this game. Jacksonville is not a great team but you could clearly see their energy level surpassed ours. I do have to give credit to our defense. They did hang in there and kept competing through 4 quarters (minus the 71 yard run). The way our offense played it's a wonder Jacksonville didn't put 40 on us. Positives I saw, (I know, I know), but come on, we still have 16 games. TMAC IS that guy!! Chuba looked good, and overall, our O-line looked good. As bad as Bryce looked at times I do feel like we're a step or two away from connecting with our WR corps. There were plays to be made that were JUST off by a step or two (again, I know). We have talent at WR, we have talent on offense. To me, this game just looked like a team that was not mentally prepared for NFL week one, and less, "oh my god, we're the same old Panthers". Now I get it... a lot of this hinges on Bryce Young and his confidence. If he can erase this and focus on building continuity with these receivers I honestly think we're not going to suck as bad as we did today. XL... IDK, the jury with him is still out, but there is no doubt the kid has mega potential. Our defense, honestly, considering we have a bunch of new guys on that side, they held their own considering the offense could never change the momentum of the game. I am as disappointed as everyone else at another week one poor performance. But I also realize we are STILL rebuilding. Lets just take it week by week right now and see if we have ANY talent that rises to the surface. Because I really do not know what we have talent wise. And that is not just limited to the QB. So, we will see, but I'm not going to call it just yet... just my take. Now fire away! lol

Thats Tet...but he just wants to make the highlight reel.
He doesn't like being called Tet, lol. But, you are absolutely right... this is a draft pick we actually got right. TMAC is showing he has that "dog" in him. Can see the level of talent he has over the players on the field immediately. Just getting started.

Anyone who still believes in Sam Darnold also believes in Bryce Young.
Never said I believe, but at least Darnold has had some success. And nothing I said in that was PRO Young... I'm watching the same game as you

Let's keep it real. Bryce Young is an inferior Sam Darnold with absolutely no physical traits.
If I remember correctly, Darnold had a very good season last year. Let's not make comparisons to someone who has actually lead a team to the playoffs. I do get what you're saying though, lol

Team is unprepared for a second straight year, dont win a preseason game, undisciplined in week 1 after not playing your qb in the preseason a year ago, cant get a yard in the red zone down 20-3,
WTF Else do we need to see
Yeah, we had 2 downs to get 1 freaking yard. No confidence on this team. Leaders need to step up NOW if we have any. I do love the effort by our rookie WR.

He threw the ball away on 4th down ? Wtf
He's flustered and in his own head. Not a good look early on. MAYBE preseason matters a little? IDK, call me crazy

Came to see what retard would be commenting. Legette is ass. Sanders can’t catch a cold. Bryce is putting balls on the $. He can’t catch it too…
You're partially right. But, what he CAN do is not force into double coverage when he has a clear running lane to a first down. And, he can learn to slide before he gets hit. Situational awareness not working well with him this game. Not ALL on him, the whole team lacks confidence and that's on the coaches.

Then right on cue with a fumble on a dumb scramble.
It's what happens when you are not confident in your size. We did not have to worry about that chit with Cam.

Jaguars offensive coordinator has figured out every weakness with our defense. That TD showed it.

My buddy just broke his ankle and may not be able to make the trip for week 2. Anyone live out there or would want to book a last minute flight? I have an extra front row 25 yard line seat it looks like.
Still available? I'm a Panthers fan that lives in Arizona. About an hour and a half north of Phoenix

That's got to be the most Falcon thing ever! Lol

I like Tet but our defense is gonna fugin suck again, unless we have a plan.
Well I mean did we think Walker was a generational talent like Kuechly was? I mean, that's the ONLY way one draft pick transforms a defense. It's pretty rare honestly. We'll find an edge rusher.

Matt Rhule really thought looking like a slob was endearing...
Got to give the man credit... somehow he has convinced multiple people to throw millions of dollars at him
And somehow ends up with the best college football QB next year possibly.
