Agreed, but the Eagles' D is pretty damn legit though. On paper Chiefs should be favorites but it's the SB and anything can happen. I thought the Chiefs would blow the Bucs out and it was the opposite. Also Chiefs' run D has really really struggled lately and Saquon has been insane.

Burrow is way better and more clutch than Allen. Allen is better than Lamar in the playoffs but nowhere near Mahomes or Burrow. Burrow could easily be going toe to toe with Mahomes but they kept that chump HC instead of building around Joe and giving him a legit coaching staff

our old friend wide open on 4th down. Chiefs D has really really struggled on key plays like 2nd and 20, 3rd and longs, 4th downs.

maybe, I don't know how much different the Bills' D is this year than the past few years but in 3 playoff meetings against the Bills he has nearly 300 yards and 5 TDs, including 75/2 last year. I think he's definitely slowed down a bit and the Bills are still game planning for him but the Chiefs have other options (like Juju, Hollywood) to go to instead when he's covered. And just like that Chiefs D crumbling again and letting them right back in it.

yeah and it's not like they've been automatic. the 4th downs were getting converted, but it didn't work on the one 2pt attempt and there were also a handful of 3rd and 1s that they got stuffed on with that play. should've called play action there

true but he was invisible in a lot of regular season games the last couple years and yet hasn't had a single poor playoff game in 6 years. that's another big reason I do pull somewhat for the Chiefs come playoffs -- I live in Boston and have dealt with cocky ass pats fans for 2 decades; it's fun as hell pointing out all the ways the Mahomes/Reid/KC are better than them and brady belichick and seeing them squirm each year as the Chiefs come closer to passing them in the longevity stats too. would be fuging hilarious to see the chiefs threepeat which the pats never did and then later on get the undefeated season that eluded the pats too
