I know many here hate the Cowboys with a passion but looking at it objectively they are a very solid well rounded team built to have some success in the playoffs. I think the Niners would be comfortable favorites and rightfully so but I think it would be a closer game than many expect.

Would you give up that (or the equivalent value considering our pick is higher)? If not, what's the most you'd offer? Personally, I would give up the 49ers' 2nd and 3rd which should be pretty close to late 1st value. Getting Payton while keeping 9 overall and our early 2nd round pick would be great.
