I’d love to extend him but would worry about the cost. Could spend that money on a rush and hope XL and Mingo step up and still have 1 more year of Theilen. I think unless we get a late 2nd or so from a team ring chasing I’d almost rather keep and see how it plays out.

My preseason thought was 5-12 when i thought Bryce might be slightly better this season. I'm still sticking with that 5-12 now that we know Bryce sucks but Dalton has some juice left. Top 3-5 pick incoming. Hope we trade down to like 7-8 and get another early pick to keep building with Canales.

I'm liking our Offense, just tough to know you have to score 30pts a game to have a shot with this defense. Bears, Falcons, Commanders, and then Broncos. Really hope we can manage to go 2-2 these next 4 games.

I'm beginning to agree with this. Team D had solid stats last year because offensives knew they had to do the bare minimum to beat us so just milked the clock.

Edge rush and Safety's who can tackle is what i want next year after watching this.

I like Tmac, I agree top 10 WRs can come in and make a difference instantly while DE/OLB usually take a year or two because need reps and NFL weight room. I just want us to be better.

Because we clearly need a pass rush. Drafting Williams, Pearce , or Carter can’t be over looked. Can’t fix all our problems this year. Spend on a WR or edge rush. Either way you got to spend. Unless somehow Wonnum is the truth and breaks out.

I only want Tmac if we can’t keep Johnson. If we retain him I like to think we will have more pressing positions to address. Tmac will absolutely be a top 12 pick

While watching this game I don’t want Milroe at #4-6(where I expect to pick) but don’t think I’d hate him with the Rams 2nd we own.

I think he was a good player. I genuinely wanted to retain him at the 24/yr price range. I'm glad we got what we did for him and not paying him what the Giants did. Guess I was fooled.

I'll be Watching the GA at Alabama game this weekend thinking about prospects and Beck wont be on my mind. Mykel Williams-Edge likely to be top 10 pick Malaki Starks- #1 ranked Safety. Both ours Safety's are FA's And ton of IOL pospects. Booker, Roberts, Brailsford on both teams. GA has 2 LBs that should be day 2 picks.

youre right. 50/50 is a much more improvement than already writing it off as a loss like i was a month ago. Really hoping we can win 2 of the 3 Broncos/Commanders/Bears stretch we will have soon. I'm still expecting 5-12 or 6-11 but that's much better than what I thought after starting 0-2.

Bengals team knows their back is in the wall for a lost season. Really hope our secondary can keep those WRs and Burrow in check. We could really use the bank to be loud and actually have a home field advantage for once. Feeling 50/50 on this game but excited to watch.
