  1. Reports early this year came out that was actually Gettleman. Former player or something confirmed.
  2. We had a winning coach with Cam who never threw him under the bus like this. This coach of ours is looking pretty pathetic with that in mi d. We know Cam and what he’s capable of and Rhule here is talking about him like he’s not understanding our offense or a rookie. Rhule simply does not like Cam and Tepper forced the signing. And he’s looking idiotic and causing our franchise to become a flailing fart.
  3. Yeah this is the most disinterested I’ve ever been with the team and on top of it, they’ve managed to make games with Cam Newton boring. They are lucky sumbitches to be given the chance to coach at the NFL level. Embarrassing and bullshlt
  4. Following on game tracker, this looks boring and predictable. Not worth the time
  5. There's plenty of reasons WHY to play Cam. Running ability, energy, teams needing to account for him in RPO looks. Now what on earth is the reason for PJ outside of Temple? Seriously? I'm really surprised this isn't getting panned more. But luckily no one focuses on us enough to warrant the laughing stock. We're the neglected sh*tstain. Thanks Rhule.
  6. Good god, saw that 1:16 long clip of him trying to explain this. So he's rotating them like they're tailbacks & it's a forced upon him due to the situation. We know what Cam is. He's an 11 year vet taking ownership. You don't need to point it out. You know, it'd be nice to acknowledge PJ's dogsh*t play below the level of a 3rd stringer with a career of 55%, 2 TDs and 8 TDs. Why are we playing him? If anything, you should be rotating Barkley & Cam you dingus.
  7. He didn't want to be here. We kind of had to, makes it more clear we didn't vet him appropriately for what we/or he wanted
  8. I think we may have to get some better coaches and personnel. Call it a hunch hehe
  9. How is it “hampered” when it’s his own creation? This is his rebuild. Hampered my ass.
  10. We will need: A new coach Multiple heavy investments for once on the OL, ideally C and LT A new QB (Corral, Ridder, Strong, Howell, etc.) One path is a trade down, take a OL first, then a QB late 1st/early 2nd like Ridder or Howell. Hopefully with Hackett or Eberflus at the helm.
  11. The next hump is that Rhule is a coach the media pined over so they’re assuming he’s got some vision or something being outsiders. We’ve got a culture of nothing. No identify, no vision for the type of offense we want. Power run my ass.
  12. It was because I mocked him to us at the pick haha
  13. I think it’s a problem with that considered. If I’m a green coach, with a green OC, I’m getting a few vets that at least know what they’re doing.
  14. They didn’t last long after Brown was picked. Only a few picks after and we’re widely mocked to us. Just saying, they’re not retroactive reaches that have outperformed their stock.
  15. I will say, simply being a veteran doesn't make you a leader but if you sort our roster by NFL experience, holy hell is it telling. Our most senior vets: 1. Cam Newton - 11 years (mid season pickup who we unceremoniously kicked to the curb. We were left needing to bring him back because we suck) 2. Patrick Omameh - 9 years (who the f*ck is this?) 3. Matt Barkley - 9 years (mid season pickup, trash journeyman with a big arm) 4. Willie Snead - 7 years (mid season pickup, journeyman WR) 5. Matt Paradis - 7 years (Riding out his final year into the sunset on his absolutely average play and average salary for a starting C) 6. Ameer Abdullah - 7 years (mid season pickup due to injury, dropped by the Lions) Other 7 years: Cam Erving & John Miller...puke So there's our senior crew. Our esteemed veterans the young guys can learn from. Pretty great right? Thanks Rhule.
  16. Yep. We see the tracks ahead ending, the barricade and this stupid Rhule train going full steam with a bunch of losers on board buying even more into each other right off the cliff. The national media hasn't caught on yet but they will if we get clobbered two weeks in a row versus a Bills team needing a statement win and, well, quite frankly the best team in the NFL in TB. It's all very telling with how quiet CMC and DJ had become. Hell, Reddick and Burns as well after their splashy sack competition. I don't hear Chinn talking to the media at all. The best of them aren't bought in and we're witnessing the dumbsh*ts go to bat for a completely lost coach.
  17. I hope he rethinks this and doesn't go to bat for this coaching staff. He has looked pretty good at times but nowhere worth passing on Wirfs, Wills or Jefferson (Will still back my wanting JJ to this day)
  18. Rhule is done and if not, I will be questioning if I want to stay a fan for the first time ever. I'm ready for this organization to get a full revamp with really just like DJ Moore, Chinn, Horn, Burns & Tremble safe. We had a lot of turnover but held certain dudes from Hurney/DG/Rivera era in place. PURGE this mother f*cking franchise top down. Get Cam away from this mess, fire the staff, get Samir+Fit to figure out an out with CMC and Sam's contracts. Being ~9 around inception, I was just old enough to remember how god awful 1-15 was. This really seems worse. Worse than Claussen's 2-14 year because we were b-lining to the #1 pick. And it's truly because of the culture and coaching. They have NO IDEA what they're doing. We've got guys out of their league by a country mile. I've never seen the board this "f*ck off"-ish about the team but it truly appears that unlikeable at the moment and Tepper needs to correct it, not try to use his social team's to navigate through some bullsh*t narratives.
  19. That's a tricky "what if" road to go down that will only make you more frustrated. Could have gone Wirfs/Wills in 2020 R1, Hurts, J Taylor, T Diggs R2-1, Chinn R2-2 2021: Slater, Parsons, Mac, or Fields were there (Slater seemed like he was presented to us on a platter, just like Wirfs and Wills). Sam Cosmi was available Round 2 for us. And before he got banged up was the top performing rookie OL behind Slater. I mean honestly, we could have easily had rebuilt this OL with Wirfs, Slater, & Cosmi along with Moton and look top-5 in the league about now. Building the OL was presented right there for us when it was the most glaring weakness. We decided on Brown, Horn, Marshall instead. But alas, what's done is done In another world...
  20. Chinn really is our most well-rounded and talented player of defense. Burns is more on the splashy pass-rusher side but Chinn brings it all. There is really zero excuse for him to have disappeared this much. They've made him this safety valve and aren't even really using him to his strengths anymore. I do wonder if we rely on analytics so much that they're actually not doing much of film study and strategizing week-to-week. I don't feel they go detective mode against teams like Luke loved to do. We were so lucky with Luke because he was coaching while he played. Unbelievable. QBs and OLs have attested to that being their least favorite thing about playing us. Luke leaving with the "stepping away from football" reasoning never felt right. He just loves the sport too much for it to be without other extenuating factors.
  21. I only briefly mentioned Luke because I didn't want to be to assumption based but that's my inclination as well. He didn't get a good impression from these guys and bailed. He's too smart IMO. He's taking time away from the sport but I can see him returning in a coaching capacity at some point, hell, maybe Vrabel style. It may sound like a stretch but I'd be down for him to become a DC. The way he could dissect pre-snap, his film junkiness to him..he loves the sport. Imagine having that still as an asset, aiding our hopefully new young promising LB we'll pick up in this next year. I honestly think he has an extremely bright future for whatever he does, and NFL coaching could be one of those things.
  22. 100% Agree. When you've got a guy that built a career out of it and knows to take accountability for his mistakes, benching him for a lesser player is just a poor move all around. You're not proving anything or teaching a lesson. Keep the best man for the job in there. I will say, the changeup of Jeremy Chinn's role is also very high on my list of gripes. There's just too many at this point.
  23. I hope Tepper knows the most loyal of fans are bought out. Stadium atmosphere is lame as hell (comparing to previous times), no one cares, and the biggest, absolutely clear as day issue: They aren’t trying to get better. They think if it’s mistake free, we’re winning. They’re not even trying to improve, they’re refusing to acknowledge something is wrong and making excuses. We went into this season with nothing at OL and QB. They are lost without a paddle.
  24. Teddy may have been right all along. Still not the guy to lead us but it seems he was right.
