  1. my multi is only 2mg.   i did research the side effects, and i've never experienced any of them.

thanks for the heads up though, i was just looking through all that stuff.   riboflavin can cause kidney stones.

Are there any risks associated with too much vitamin B6?
The current recommended maximum daily intake is 100 mg. High doses of vitamin B6 can, over time, be toxic, and may result in nerve damage or numbness and tingling in the extremities that may eventually be irreversible. You should discontinue use of supplemental B6 if any unusual numbness develops in the body. Too much B6 can also cause oversensitivity to sunlight, which can lead to skin rashes and numbness, as well as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and increased liver function test results.

  2. this is interesting:

Vitamin B12, also known as cyanocobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that helps maintain red blood and nerve cells and is needed to make DNA. B12 may also help prevent hearing loss and cognitive decline by increasing blood flow to the inner ear and brain.

Indeed, a study published in 2008 suggested that seniors with the highest levels of vitamin B12 were six times less likely to exhibit brain atrophy than those in the study whose B12 levels were lower. Research has linked brain atrophy with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of cognitive impairment.
