After several weeks of very healthy eating, last night I had 1.5 glasses of wine, movie theater popcorn and an oreo. I got up and felt fat. Sometimes I'm so fuging insane it scares me

i skip rope in 90+ degrees sometimes...but that's only 5 minute sessions and i'm done
