  1. 2 quality guards? I'm going to be angry about something else now. KIDS GET OFF MY LAWN
  2. If that worked out what would the whiners whine about?
  3. Well damn. Frankie was a bright light in the darkness. Congrats to him on the contract. Will be missed.
  4. Talentless team at the front end of a multi-year rebuild? What do you need? Easy! An aging running back!!!
  5. Love it. 1st next year and maybe a 2nd this year? Sold.
  6. He's 29. 0% chance we have interest.
  7. No reasonable person expects us to have a competitive roster in 2024. Just need to add some long term pieces through the draft and younger free agents
  8. @csxhas basically said it but tanking and taking a long term approach are not the same thing. My guess/ hope is that senseless free agent signings to squeeze out a 4th or 5th win are a thing of the past. 3 year journey. I'm here for it.
  9. Yep. We're not a WR away from being competitive. They need to take whoever they absolutely love at any position at 33. And they need to be right.
  10. It's possible it's still amateur hour. I don't deny that. I still think he'll be traded before the draft for a reasonable return.
  11. If you want to trade him, representing any other intention than you plan to keep him is unwise
  12. Clearly. There's no way a "Bleacher Report NFL Insider" could be blowing smoke.
  13. Panthers plan to renegotiate Moton Panthers plan to cut Moton Panthers plan to trade Moton... All get the same responses from the same dudes
  14. Bizarre of any of you to think we'd have any interest in a washed vet QB. Hell Dalton is better
  15. After the all "Ohio State quarterbacks suck" thing I'm out on these generalities.
  16. Yes it's speculation but despite the well deserved hate I'm working with the theory that Tepper isn't abjectly stupid. This would require Morgan having been more right than wrong.
  17. While none of us know, I think Morgan got the job because he was the dissenting voice in some or most of the bad personnel decisions and time has proven him correct
  18. JAX? Come on dude. The Bears have Fields and Moore (thanks to us), 1 (thanks to us) and 9. We have 33 and an empty cupboard. It's a 3 year journey. Minimum.
  19. Not really a narrative. We have the worst roster in the league. Stroud isn't coming to save the day. If Canales and Morgan are good, we won't be regularly embarrassed this season. That's the ceiling.
  20. You'd be paying him a lot of money for 2 years minimum where the team has no chance of being competitive.
  21. Good ol Kelvin was completely emasculated in that exchange
  22. Well there it is. Does he seem like a dude who's going to fight until years 4 and 5 when maybe we're competitive? Or does he seem like a dude who'll be "hurt" when it actually matters?
  23. Totally fair. Guess I was thinking about the best currently like Bosa and Crosby at 26, Garrett at 28. Parsons 24. Watt 29.
  24. What seems to be lost on most is that, IF everything breaks right, we have a chance to be competitive in 3 years. There is no point in any big contracts for guys that will be past their prime in 2026.
