    Now that I've watched some tape after being 100% wrong that there was no chance we'd take him, I see a lot of Mike Evans in his game. If he's 80-90% of Evans, what a game changer for years to come.

    I'm coming around. Zig when they zag. Spent a lot of money on defense this off-season. Plenty of D depth left in the 2nd and 3rd. Missed on Metcalf, WR room was weak. If he's a 1, home run.

    This is a really good point. After Pittsburgh passed it's obvious in retrospect that no one was looking to jump New Orleans.

    Yeah if the results aren't there in college it's tough to project to the NFL. Not a risk we need to take in the 1st (or 2nd)

    Too many of you: If we pick at 8, whoever it is, it's the wrong pick. If we trade down, we got "fleeced," regardless of compensation This is year 2 of the rebuild. I'm going to enjoy it until proven otherwise.

    If you have something for sale and you don't like the price, you keep it. Still, I expect at least a few teams are putting together offers for 8 if Jeanty or Sanders are there.

    Agreed. I really think 8 for 12 and 44 is in the cards.
