    From one of the more optimistic huddlers... no way in hell he posts that stat line. It will be the same it is every week: X/Y for ~60% and 1xx yards. 1 TD, 1 INT. 5.X YPA. Could the team win? Sure. It will be despite, not because.

    It would be nice to see the Canales playbook with a QB that can throw 20+ yards. Think we'd get that with White. So he throws some picks? Don't care.

    Me too. Dude doesn't seem to love football. Elite traits but that's not good enough at this level.

    Yeah give me a guy with arm talent. Normally the starting point for other teams. Maybe Canales could do something with him.

    At some point the threads should stop. Bryce will never be close to good enough. We all know.

    Yeah I really can't do another season of Bryce. Dan can nail another draft and it really won't matter

    Lawrence has been super underwhelming. I can see the Jags maybe moving on. Still young. Has the tools. Canales reclamation project? Doubt it but would be interesting.

    I think Ty Simpson will be a pro bowler. Don't think we'll be in the running. In a dream world we use the Thielen 4th to draft some guy that went overlooked and Canales develops him into the next franchise QB.

    The Panthers were underdogs in all 9 games this season yet are 5-4. The 2nd time in NFL history. We're favored against the Saints. Huddle: all of the above is... negative. I genuinely admire you people's commitment to misery.

    It's a bit confounding sure. But, there's pieces. There's the beginning of the return on an actual football culture. The 25 draft class looks exemplary. Bryce isn't winning anyone a super bowl. Let's all accept that and move on. There's real reason for optimism for the first time in a long time. Try to enjoy it.

    I guess we're debating the level of Tepper's involvement... again. I can only gauge based on evidence. Since Morgan has been GM it seems to me like football guys have been making football decisions.

    It's kind of nice that we don't have a unanimous acceptance of getting blown out which is where we all would have been if this game were a few weeks ago.
