  1. I'd stack my DBs 10 yards from the LOS against this team, too. You've got constant hitches and curls called, lazy route-running, no separation, literally no pass protection and a QB just hoping he can get the ball out before he's clobbered. That's pick-six recipe SZN. But Tepper's the real head coach here. We can change the pieces around, but he does want to win his way and he won't stop until he pulls it off. And within 50 years, he might. But probably not.
  2. I'm not sure who you're talking about when you say "we used to eviscerate Ron Rivera's teams for it," because I don't recall doing that. May wanna take that up with whoever actually did it. I don't care how a game is won -- the score is immaterial to me when the result is optimal. The passing game is horrible right now for a myriad of reasons: the rookie QB who's regressed and lost confidence, the Helen Keller offensive line, the abysmal route-running and ass-tastic coaching. Solving one of those problems won't solve the others in time to win much this season, because they're all so bad right now. And at the end of the day, David Tepper's still the owner. We can go back-and-forth all we want, but that's the sad reality.
  3. Wilks can be plucked. But Coach Tep doesn't want him
  4. It actually doesn't, because I don't care how many points we score if we win. I'd take a 3-0 win any day of the week. Try again next time, I guess.
  5. Absolutely it is. Those extra three points definitely made a difference.
  6. He threw 60 passes 30 passes for 150 yards = trash but 60 passes for 300 yards =
  7. LaMelo continues to amaze me with his game.
  8. I don't even think the office is fit to his strengths anymore. Every position group on offense is struggling and that's a mixture of lack of talent as well as underwhelming performance due to ill-fitting scheme, poor play from those around said players. Nobody on the offensive side, QB, OL, WR, TE, RB, is really set up to succeed, and no one is succeeding except No. 19.
  9. Not at all. I'm just saying the 32nd-best OL, per usual, was this one.
  10. His OL graded out even better despite that. Justin Pugh (45.4) John Michael Schmitz (51.3) Ben Bredeson (52.7) Andrew Thomas (71.1) Tyre Phillips (62.1) Average: 56.5 Ikem Ekwonu (56.9) Chandler Zavala (29.8) Bradley Bozeman (57.4) Austin Corbett (38.2) Taylor Moton (79.4) Average: 52.3
  11. the Las Vegas GP took place as if David Tepper ran it with Nicole at his side. It was a shitshow from start to finish and it highlighted everything wrong with the sport. Liberty Media is a company obsessed with taking every dollar they can from every American they can scam. But I've been watching F1 for 20+ years now, since I was a kid, and as long as my favorite driver is in it, I'm watching it. Plus the experience of being at a race (in Canada) was awesome.
  12. fug it, I’m doing what I often do on Sundays: watching F1 with my kid if it’s not a basketball day Dickhead commentary in 3, 2, 1…
  13. Can’t, for some reason I’m the only Huddler who gets roasted for doing it
  14. Whoever Tepper hires will be another yes-man. He's the root of the issues and firing people won't change that. Hope y'all watch other pro sports. Makes life more enjoyable.
  15. Michael Penix Jr. would struggle with this cast of characters as well, sadly.
  16. He's regressed and probably ain't it, but his offensive line and WRs deserve a good bit of the blame as well. Most of the veterans you're speaking of false-start and get beat every snap, so there's only a handful with a real case.
  17. I don't think you're guaranteed an expansion team whenever Tepper moves this one.
