theres zero accountability, no consequences for playing bad. Players literally do whatever the hell they want. They constantly play out of position, dont stay in their gaps etc. Thats on the coach. The only one that has been held accountable for his mistakes, is the guy that was just tossed into the mix and told to learn a new offense, Cam. Rhule is far too nice. Dude needs to drop the fbomb in that locker room already.

firing Brady was not going to be the quick fix. You cant just change an offense thats already installed on the fly without confusing everyone. Rhule and Nixon have to use the poo Brady installed until the end of the year because they have no choice. They can try and alter it a little but thats it. As you saw in that first drive, it was completed scripted. Which is the big issue. Rhule and company does not know how to play chess with other teams. After their initial moves, they are unable to plan moves ahead. That comes with experience and there is zero of that on this team. experience teaches experience. Rhule would have been better off brought in as a coordinator under the tuteledge of an experienced coach.

I think this team could be in a very good position if they just kept cam.

Carolina wins out, gets to the playoffs. Rhule isn't the real problem, the issue is hes new to the NFL, needs to be coached up so to speak but theres no one on this staff that can do that. Maybe bringing in a OC thats been a head coach before could really vault Rhule into an NFL caliber head coach.

It's going to be alright. I get the win now amongst fans but jeebus. You understand there is a huge learning curve for college coaches when they come to the NFL. This is why Tepper gave Rhule a 7 year deal. He knew it would take some time for him to learn and get everything figured out. Coaches, just like players need time to build chemistry. It's going to be ok. Rhule will be fine. Brady may be also. It is not their fault you guys inflated your expectations for this season. Hell we haven't had our GM for a full year yet. Rome wasn't built in a day, or an offseason. There is a plan in place. Trust the process. It is what it is.
