Bet Frank does not take this job if he knew then what he knows now. Also bet if Frank knew Tepper would be picking Bryce he would have not taken that job.

I do think many Panthers fans know more about football than David and Nicole Tepper who apparently are very involved in making important decisions for the Panthers.

You really think Tepper will be willing to step aside and admit he was an issue from 2018-2023? I sure hope so but I am not optimistic.

Rhule is not a better coach than Reich and it is not even close. Rhule is a big reason why this team is void of talent. The drafting and player selection during his reign was terrible. It will take years to overcome the mess he left. Each year he was coach the teams got worse and less playmakers.

Perhaps…I get the impression that benching Young would have to be approved by Tepper. Why else would Reich keep Playing him? It has been reported that his job is on the line and clearly Dalton gives them the best chance to win.

I sometimes think one reason why this team is terrible is Perhaps the locker room was lost when Wilks was not retained. I get the impression he was very respected and the players played hard for him.

Pretty sure if Wilks was retained Young still would have been the pick. So pretty sure the team would not be any better. Tepper maybe did Wilks a favor by letting him go than to have to deal with this mess. Young cannot run the offense the Panthers want to run and/or they do not have the personnel to run it. Either way it is a failure and it is due to a meddling owner but his influence on key decisions.

I still feel like there’s more going on behind-the-scenes that we do not know. These coaches have had success in the NFL. We can argue if Frank is the right head coach or not, but he is not a complete imbecile, and clearly has had success coaching in the NFL. This offense is terrible but I do not think it is because these coaches are stupid or inept.

Frank probably needs to check with the Teppers before making any QB changes.

I am willing to bet Tepper also pushed Young as the pick……due to the analytics and the S2 results. Sounds like a hostile work environment which means no coach or GM will be successful.

The Panthers are a hobby for the Teppers. They must believe they have to be involved in order to fix the problem. They clearly do not understand that they are the problem and why the Panthers have the worst record in the NFL since they became owners.

Tepper was also very involved in pursuing Stafford….

Perhaps Frank is protecting Brown by doing this.

The problem is there is much more than just a coaching problem with the Panthers. Hiring a new coach is not going to fix this mess.

I hear you but I will take a different approach. We need to sit him to find out if the rest of the offense has anything to keep. As an example- All of us thought the O-Line was legit going into this season. Now- they look terrible. Is it Young making them look bad? I would like to see Dalton play just to see how the line looks.

Definitely have a scouting issue. When did this start….around 2018. That is when Tepper bought the team. The question is why? Why did the Panthers lose people when Tepper came here and why can’t the Panthers replace them with good people?

It makes me sad to think about that. I legit believe CMC could be a HOF guy…he is that good. The Panthers traded him for day two picks and replaced him with unforgettable names….except Young.

The Panthers would be significantly better off right now to have signed Carr and kept DJ Moore along with the draft picks they gave up to pick Young. There are too many holes on this team to develop a rookie QB. The Panthers have been giving away so many picks the last few years they have no depth and few quality starters. I do not if it was Rhule, Fitt, Tepper or a combination of all of them but this team has been terrible.
