    There was an absolute urgency to not have Teddy as our starter next year within the front office, that has been solved. Our draft board is completely open, QB is certainly a possibility.

    Will Sam being away from Gase make him the franchise QB he was meant to be? Who knows. Will he be better because he no longer has Adam case as his HC/OC? 1,000% yes. Here is a good video breaking down how the offensive design Sam was given lead to failure, and how Gase never put Sam in a good position to succeed.

    The more tape I watch on Slater, the more I am convinced he can and will be a dominant LT. Either way, you are getting a force of an offensive lineman.

    I'd be totally cool with getting Fields, it's just not up to me lol I know I have said it before, but you really are in a no lose situation at 8.

    Jaelan Philips or Azeez Ojulari could could the out of nowhere pick in the top 15 though.

    I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility. I'm just not sure they trade for Sam if that is the case. Draft an elite LT prospect, and build around Sam for better or for worse.

    This kind of goes over what I was saying. I would expect this to get done before the draft, need to adjust the contract and he can land in DEN, NO, WFT, etc.

    I'd be totally happy with Darrisaw. Not as elite as Sewell or Slater but still a 10 year starter at LT.
