  1. you can run a collection of CMC, Hubbard, and Foreman at the Browns. All 3 can run. Hubbard just can’t catch. that was supposedly why we drafted Hubbard and then added Foreman. It’s not a run CMC into the dirt or no running choice. there isn’t a comparable counter narrative of why you would come out with a pass heavy gameplan. we weren’t even close to balanced with that opening game either. A Joe freaking Brady game plan emphasized the run more than what they came out with
  2. In a vacuum maybe. but we watched both them start last year. One is a better player than the other. and now both reside on a team that has displayed very questionable roster management. OL being one of those spots.
  3. The refs blew the call. It helped the Browns. we lost that game because of a laundry list of reasons though
  4. Chubb has run behind a better OL and been healthy. Both healthy and behind the same OL? I’ll take Barkley
  5. And the pattern repeats. Message it to me, I’ll get it up. I’ll be happy to advertise Matt Rhule’s pattern of bringing in the wrong people and is a bad coach. you should of invested real time and created a pic of Rhule, Brady and McAdoo riding a dolphin screaming it’s 1000% working, you just can’t see it.
  6. Interesting. A repeated pattern of a legit point on Rhule being made and you avoid it by claiming obsession/love/hatred Matt Rhule is the HC. He claims he knew the rule backwards and forwards with examples. Why wasn’t Rhule out there arguing the call? That’s his job. And he ended the game with a timeout in his pocket. Could of used it then to try to get the right call to eventually come down. He clearly didn’t want it to ice the rookie kicker. Make a big enough scene and those refs might of phoned a friend and got it right. We have seen a coach talk his way to the correct call before.
  7. would have been cool if Matt Rhule went out there and argued the call more…with the same passion you have for defending everything said about him.
  8. I mean, if we lose to the Giants I'm going to proposition Zod to turn the Tinderbox into a secret Buffalo Bills forum. We can just live through them for a season and experience fun football. You will hear a lot of familiar names. Just get drunk enough and pretend it's the Panthers.
  9. yeah, I think people have forgotten what a beast Barkley actually is.
  10. no one said you can't bitch about the call lol. You clearly aren't even reading the posts you quote at this point. 13-10 = 3. And I just told you my kid could bitch about the call. Just not blame the ref for his L. The right to bitch was literally in the post you are ranting about lol.
  11. I mean, I tell me freaking kid the same thing about bad calls in sports. Bad calls happen. In every game. Missed ones. One call in reality has never decided any game. All the other plays added up matter more. I wouldn't let my kid blame the ref for a loss. He could bitch about the call though.
  12. 13 minus 10 = 3 it was in his post
  13. stats shouldn't matter until year 7. Jay Z once said that in one of those underground rap battles per some guy I saw say he did on Myspace
  14. yeah, no way to recreate the same kick in a new scenario. But the kick he did hit would have been good from another 10 back. It was an impressive kick from a rookie. I frankly didn't think it had a chance. Bet the refs might of been thinking of that in the back of their minds too.
  15. I mean, my stance doesn't change. I echo the same one almost every player and coach speak of. it was a bad call. we focus on the ones at the very end of the game. But the game is decided by 60 minutes. And the cumulation of all those other plays outweighs one call, no matter where the bad one comes. Refs make bad calls from start to finish. That's why you get 60 minutes. I'm not apathetic to the calls. They blew them. They blew others. They will blow a bunch Sunday vs the Giants too. Will they do it on the last play of the game? Hopefully not. and I'm sure in their mind they botched it because they errored on the side of just letting the players decide the end. Is what it is. We had plenty of opportunity to not let any one call dictate it.
  16. Gantt dipped his toe in PFF ratings for 1 game. Yet PFF ranked Bozeman as the 14th best C last year. also, Elffien's PFF grade Sunday was below Bozeman's overall grade on the year last season at C. So it's not like Elflien wow'd.
  17. it was a horrible call. but players and coaches in the NFL will consistently tell you it's not one bad call that determines any game. It's what you did all those other plays and that cumulation that really determines the outcome. Fans just focus on the last plays. All those horrific drives earlier in the game in reality are more impactful to what the eventual outcome was. you can't be the joke we were all game and then blame the refs because they fugged up on a drive. We set the stage for it.
  18. Ben McAdoo has always done that.
  19. yeah, which I as take as the in-house position.
  20. The Huddle: 75% - Its Matt Rhule 16% - I'm really trying hard here to hold out hope 9% - why are these clowns messing things up for Matt Rhule! What did you expect? Rattles off a list of excuses longer than Matt Rhule himself would.
  21. Ask The Old Guy: One play can change a lot (panthers.com) I assume Gantt has a decent feel on the in house narrative. sounds like Elflein is going to be the starting C for the time being.
  22. HC gig is largely managing people, schedules, and game day scenarios. Yeah, Luke needs experience but... Luke Kuechly right now IMO could put on a headset and manage a game better than Matt Rhule.
  23. DL coach, LB coach, secondary coach. Phil Snow is untouchable IMO. Rhule needs him too badly for his next job. I don't see Snow getting tossed under the bus unless he willingly tells Rhule to do it and they have plan in place to be in college next year.
