  1. Honestly, I haven't watched him a ton, but at the end of the game he made a back shoulder throw to a receiver that promptly dropped the ball. It looked like an elite throw
  2. I went to the car vs atl game during the clausen era and had damn near a section to myself. At least we had a no 1 pick to look fwd to. This feels even lower
  3. I am afraid we have seen this already when McDermott left for a hc job and we get stuck w rivera
  4. That was a really good throw by Howell just now to send it to ot
  5. If only Rashawn Slaters arms weren't so short
  6. I remember the last game of the 2016 season against TB, Ron trotted Cam out against TB with an injured shoulder even though our season was already shot at that point. I'm sure that didn't help.
  7. Regardless of whether the game was rigged, these playoffs have been god-awful compared to last year. One memorable / exciting game (jax vs la). Yesterday's Phi vs SF game ended as soon as SF couldn't throw a forward pass. The CIN vs KC game was the least exciting last second FG game I can recall watching due to the officiating.
  8. I enjoy Olsen as well. I wish fox took the $375m it spent on Brady to buy some more 4k cameras. That's a lot of money to spend on someone that may suck in the booth.
  9. That ESPN writer must be smoking something. This is probably the worst job opening I can recall in some time. Your best shot at finding a QB is taking a flyer in the 3rd round, all while trying to climb out of cap hell and a locker room at each other's throats.
  10. Honestly, sometimes I think the PFF process is closer to this
  11. LOL, they gave a 71 to Mahomes earlier this year for throwing 360 yards, 5 TD's, 0 picks. I'd love to hear someone try to justify Baker's play yesterday being in the same ballpark as Mahomes.
  12. I'm torn. One side of me knows that Rhule is our Rich Kotite, by far the worst coach we've ever had that needs to be out on his ass. The other side of me thinks this team could be very competitive with a rookie CJ Stroud, a new head-coach, and maybe an additional front 7 player or two. Keeping Rhule is honestly the best way to keep the tank going.
  13. On a positive note, I will say that BC seems to be settling pretty well into a LG role instead of LT.
  14. Bingo. We're a car without an engine at this point. We aren't going to "get it together" against one of the best defenses in the league. Not sure our offense scores more than 10 on Sunday.
  15. I'd say he is marginally better than Darnold, but neither are at an nfl level. Ultimately doesn't matter b/c they both suck and won't be here next year.
  16. As sad as it is, I think Baker sees the field better than Sam, his arm is just completely shot at this point b/c he can't make the throws. Sam has a better arm (LOL), but couldn't process an NFL defense if his life depended on it.
  17. I'd agree that this roster seems to be more talented than 2010, we just have a black hole at qb, head coach, and o/c
  18. I'd also add some cases can be treated with medication. I had afib / vtach episodes in my youth. They tried an ablation (essentially burning out irregular electrical signals) but didn't think that was successful. They put in an ICD (internal cardio defibrillator) which is what the soccer player got. The medication has been successful at preventing arrhythmias for 20 years (knock on wood), so when I needed new ICD a few years ago, they just took the whole thing out. Can't comment on Watt's case, but that was my experience.
  19. Agree, but to my untrained eye, it sure seems like more of his throws are just flat out misfires than anything chemistry related.
