  1. True, but Flacco (in hid prime) also threw one of the better deep balls you'll see from a QB
  2. Somewhat. Our run game thrived most when we played defenses that couldn't stop the run like Dallas and Miami. I think our issues with running also is being impacted by play calling. Apparently we thought it was a good idea to run Non-Stop dives at one of the best run stopping DTs in Vita Vea... I also think teams saw what NO did and started running single high safety on early Downs because they know we are either going to run it or throw a short pass
  3. Now I see why Matt Kalil was so awful for us - his third leg weighed him down too much
  4. I'm trying to imagine KB in his fat suit playing RG for us on Saturday...
  5. You would think even a 5 year old would do this... Or at the very least run a toss play or something outside of Moton.
  6. As bad as Corbett's run blocking has been, I think his pass blocking has been even worse... The weird thing is we know Corbett is probably our weakest lineman out there, yet we still constantly call inside run plays to the right
  7. Would have been a lot easier had they beaten us the 1st time. Gotta imagine they remember that embarrassing loss to our backup defense and will be focused. Granted, all of their fans are already making threads on Reddit about would they rather play the Eagles or 49ers, so hopefully their coaching staff is focusing on the opponent they would play after us.
  8. Captain Kirk is our hero. Guy helped beat NO to get us into the playoffs then makes ATL have to pay him a poo ton of money to have him fug off
  9. After the 1st 2 plays they called on that drive after the Manning INT, they probably thought "fug it, let's call that play that never worked in practice. Can't be any worse"
  10. Rumor is the Ravens hired a consulting firm for their next coach to hire and their top choice was... John Harbaugh
  11. I think he probably cemented his firing after he decided to not play Henry a single snap in the 4th Q of that Patriots game they choked away. I would gladly take him here in a heartbeat, but I doubt we let go of Canales. Hopefully he stays far away from the NFC South if he isn't coming here
  12. Possibly one of our greatest TD receptions of all time, Delhomme's pass to Smitty went for 69 yards... This season, the Panthers had a negative point differential of 69. We all know how glorious the number 69 is, so get ready for a 69 yard TD to TMac in 2 OT to beat the Rams.
  13. You say that, but don't forget Canales thought it was a good idea to start Zavala at RG over BC until Zavala got hurt the first time... Curhan has looked miles better than Zavala in the few games he played. Dude should only see the field if we only have 5 linemen left. And even then, I would probably playJames Mitchell or Mitchell Evans at RG before him...
  14. Don't worry, my $8 bet on the Panthers to make the Superb Owl at +8000 odds will feel great when we make it
  15. Canales has proven that over the course of the year... It takes people/reporters blasting him before he actually makes a change. One of his many weaknesses as a coach also...
  16. That isn't the only issue. Watch his throws to 10-15 yard out and comeback routes and look how long the throws take to get there when compared to any other playoff QB. Size is just 1 of many weaknesses for Bryce. His arm strength is below average and it's made even worse because the dumbass rarely steps into his throws because he throws fadeaways off his back foot
  17. He will, but I think Canales has very little patience with him. After the drop he had against Tampa last week (drop + either a terribly run route or lazy route), he was practically benched the rest of the game. Hopefully Canales is finally to the point where if he isn't perfect in every play he runs, his ass gets benched
  18. Need you to do a NFL NGS and S2 score correlation so we can show Tepper to never do something as dumb as think a biased cognitive football test should be our top factor in drafting a QB...
  19. Been arguing this since Coker came back from injury. Tremayne should be our other outside receiver and Coker should be in the slot. Horn should be out there when we run gadget play stuff or to give a receiver a breather. XL should be working for animal/pest control trying to catch squirrels and other rodents... I also don't know why we have stopped having TMac run some routes from the slot. I feel like he had his best stretch when we moved him around the field. Now it just feels like we always line him up wide
  20. Usually the most important throws a QB needs to make is the intermediate throws (10-20). Bryce is apparently very awful at throwing to routes that fall in that range... Just crazy that 2/3 of Bryce's throws have been less than 10 yards this year. That might be worse than checkdown Teddy when we had him
  21. Regression more so in that we won 6 games by a FG. With a tougher schedule next year, I don't see us being as lucky and could very easily revert back to a 4-5 win team
  22. Interesting that Richardson had been inactive the past month and got cut (assuming he goes back to practice squad). Wonder if they like what they see out of Isaiah Simmons more
  23. Yeah, brutal schedule. Get ready for regression to the mean next year...
