Coaching and motivation. Both things on offense and it’s very, very apparent. Defense plays lights out until they get gassed and to be honest, probably very unmotivated seeing an inept offense they have to bail out take the field and do nothing.

Someone needs to take accountability for this poo show of an offense.

This might be your scenario. In all honesty sounds like you need to find a better company/job or negotiate better for yourself. I am also in construction. While I’m not rich by any means, I’m not living paycheck to paycheck. Not saying you’re broke or anything by the way..
