Is WR the position the Panthers have invested the most draft capital in the last 10 years? Carolina Panthers Draft History | Carolina Panthers - Panthers.com Not so fun facts... team already have 4 WRs that was drafted in the second round (Shenault and Chark by other teams)... Hoping to spend the second pick on another position and rather double dip in middle or later rounds.

They played 5 games together in college. Zavala was transferred during the summer, later got injured so they barely trained and played together. BC have played and trained more with Ickey than Zavala have. Chandler Zavala will return to NC State after NCAA overturns waiver decision (fayobserver.com)

People that talk about Franklin being slow, yeah, watch the game. If he would run faster it might not be a TD. Clearly he slowed down and waited for someone to block the last Viking player...

its concerning, to say the least.

QB School mentions that regularly. With the defender having his back turned and "chasing" the WR, the WR is open. The defender then only covers the area the size of his body... which is shown in your clip. Does that happen with Panthers WR, do they regularly beat their man and have the defender turn their back?

Can't agree on the Teddy vibes. Once Bryce saw the opportunity, he throwed to people that got open or was about to get open. Teddy never throwed to a contested situation, even if the WR was about to get open, heck, he could even see an open player and still went for the checkdown. Still remember when a game was on the line, and instead of going for the 8 yard contested play which could convert, he threw the checkdown for 2-3 yards.... on a third or fourth down. Do Bryce need to make completion on long throws, yes and its a bit of a concern. But its only been one game.

I remembered him being a track athlete during that draft, and yes he was. Michael STRACHAN | Profile | World Athletics Highest World Ranking Positions Discipline Place Weeks Men's 400m 497 35 Men's 200m 1196 35 Without checking my notes, I thought he had a hard time to separate and one game he was locked up by a WR converted to play DB just for that game to cover him. He ended up with a TD but I think he was covered by another DB for that play. Lots of people here was intrigued by him during that draft process. I wasnt sold on him. I think it is a decent pickup just to see if he has developed.

Bah... He went 3/12 for 12 yards to 6/15 and 63 yards and 1 td. Bucs Vikings 10-10.

That's kind of impressive.

Baker Mayfield is having a good game against Vikings, no interception.

Long off-season and a uninspiring pre-season. Have been taking a short mental break for two weeks. I'll be ready on Sunday evening

I thought Rivera switched to a 3-4 defense for the 2019 season to try save his tenure? Atleast that was the talks before that season. If so, then Burns maybe have experience from such a system or did he play DE in Riveras system?

Came here to mention this. They played 5 games together in college (unless Ickey missed games early in 2021 season) and Zavala arrived in June 2021 to NC State. So Ickey have far more playing and training time with BC. BC and Ickey had 20+ penalties last season... hope that will be fixed this season.

Not Toyota, but you are thinking of TQM, Total Quality Management that was inspired by Demings 14 key principles and also influnced by what you refer to here, "profound knowledge". I think. I learned it in another language, so not sure about the last bit. Also known for the Demings cycle, PDSA/PDCA.

Saw it this weekend. Good movie, but prefer the original. Hanks character Otto, scenes and the scenery didn't fully display the resentment that was captured with Lassgård and therefore the Rollercoaster changes didnt feel as genuie as in the original. But as said, still liked it. I liked that they gave Otto a typical Swedish lastname. Anderson, well, we spell it with 2 s. Andersson, Son of Anders. Actually my mothers father was born as Andersson but his brother and him changed to a made up name during military service to the lastname I have today. We are 28 people with this lastname.

CB seems to be the biggest need, but a TE could be a need next year so take one to develop why not. Wouldn't mind Kenny McIntosh, RB from Georgia. Good blocker and can catch the ball. But don't know if a RB really is a need... maybe if Sanders aren't a good blocker (I have no idea about his blocking ability). Edit: safety as last pick. I'm happy with that.

Had to rewatch it to catch what he said... second language and all. Something about probably the smartest QB in the draft, and when he get drafted tomorrow he will be one of the smartest QBs in the NFL. Yeah... His quote reminded me of this:

Final Say..the S2 scores that were leaked aren't accurate

Isnt Senior Bowl also an allstar game? Hendon Hooker with 46% attended that one. He seems to have climbed during the draft process, but with that score, my guess, he wouldn't. So that might be his old score... My speculation. -

He mentioned the player traveled to an All-star game, is it a reference to a Bowl game (shrine, senior..?). Then that explanation was not for Stroud... edit: Hendon Hooker had 46% and went to Senior Bowl, could be his score that is being talked about? -
Any breakdown per position? What is the trend in college? Any info on added weight from college to the pros?
