  1. It definitely is. People can talk poo about PJ, but he's been the only QB who can and has consistently produced big plays and moved the ball this season. Baker has been unbearable to watch.
  2. Wow. Blatant defensive holding on bowser, right in front of the refs.
  3. Sanchez is right about that final drive. I will never understand why DCs go to that soft zone poo to end games/halves. Keep doing what fuging works. As my grandfather once told me, the only thing prevent defenses prevent is winning.
  4. Yeah, but he still had enough control to push the ball forward. I'm just saying, I've seen officiating call crazier poo when Cam was here. Refs have too much power with subjective calls.
  5. How is that not intentional grounding? Idc if he was looking at a receiver, the ball was 10 yards short of anyone because he threw it just to not take the sack.
  6. You put Lamar on this offense, and we're up two scores right now. This is just so hard to watch.
  7. This. And it's also why, in addition to bringing Clifford's sorry ass back, the Miles debacle, and then punting our 13th overall pick to Detroit for nothing and then sitting on our hands the rest of the offseason, I have barely watched a game this year. I usually go into every season optimistic, but man, I knew we were gonna suck and this poo is typical Steve Clifford bullshit.
  8. Carr is an MVP-caliber QB when playing in a functional NFL offense under a functional NFL coaching staff. I hate it for him... after he held it down last year with all the poo they went through as a team, and he never let go of the wheel... he steered them right out of storm after storm - from the Gruden poo, to Ruggs, etc., his leadership was admirable and exemplary. And again, his ability is MVP-caliber, and that's not just me talking, that's from guys who have played and coached the pro game. Just sucks Davis' dumbass hired fuging McDaniels and completely wasted a year of those guys' careers. I still can't fathom how McDaniels has ever been coveted or given another chance after the Denver shitshow and then backing out of the Colts' job. Dude is a horrible, and I mean horrible HC - as most Belichick branches are, but he is especially horrible. All that being said... yes, I absolutely would be interested if they were to move him. This would not be Darnold or Mayfield... Carr is legit. But, it really would depend on the asking price. Even though Carr is a bona-fide franchise QB, and we know would not fail like the two scrubs we traded for previously, it still would be a really hard sell to the fanbase to do it 3 years in a row after what happened the first two times.
  9. Well, that's why I said "even if that's how he felt," because I remember him saying that also... but I also don't think it was some personal dig at the Panthers. I honestly think AL has grown a bit ornery in his older age... he pretty much has talked poo about every game they've had this year on TNF, and for good reason. He also has made constant jokes about not wanting to go to OT and such because of how bad the quality has been, and I bekieve has even seemed to take a few jabs at Herbstreit. At this point, I think he's just there for the check.
  10. *shrugs* Yeah. You either trust him or you don't. When they trust him, you get games like he played against the Bucs and the 2nd half against the Falcons in ATL. When they don't trust him, it keeps the other team in the game, if not outright gives it to them - like against LA, Cincy, and last night. And yeah, guys tend to make shitty throws when they get pressured, which is what happened on both the ones he threw straight to defenders. If they keep him clean, he is solid. Again, my issue is, they have to trust him if they want to win. Period. I know that won't go over well here though with so many people wanting to tank for mediocre, unproven college all-stars.
  11. Honestly, that was one of the better/more interesting games that they've had on TNF this year. Most of them, especially the early ones were absolutely miserable, and IIRC, had almost zero offense. All that being said, I also found it interesting that they elected to have absolutely no one at the post-game desk like they usually do. They showed like a 30 second interview with Foreman coming off the field after the game and then went into their usual "coming up this weekend" stuff. I've never seen that before, so it was clear they just wanted to be done with this game and move on. Also, I don't think this quote is real at all, even if that's how he felt... the internet has gotten carried away with these memes trying to go viral. I really don't find them funny anymore. And finally, I really wish Wilks and McAdoo would stop hamstringing the offense by limiting PJ this much. He can hit big throws, as he's demonstrated each game outside of the Bengals, you just have to scheme it up to make it about as surefire as you can. They also could do a lot more with PJ in the read option game - a lot more. They are really limiting the offense's potential.
  12. Once again, the NFL have told us time and time again, "we're going to fug you, we don't like you, and there is nothing you can do about it." The NFL fuging hates us and they have it out for us. Period.
  13. I agree, but it had to be done because Rhule was just that bad. But my God, this is just inexcusable. I can't imagine us getting worse than this defensively next week, buy then again, we are the Panthers. Anything (bad) is possible.
  14. Man, I honestly have no idea what's happening anymore with this team. But, I can simply thank them for giving me my Sundays back for the first time in 27 years.
  15. What is this? 3 weeks now since Rhule and Snow were fired? Each game seems to get worse defensively. We can't stop anyone and can't even slow them down. What happened in the first half today, I don't ever recall seeing that happen to a defense in our entire history. If they could've even played halfway worth a poo last week, we win that game easy, but it ended up being a seesaw battle because the defense is a fuging sieve. I love Wilks and appreciate him, but Holcomb ain't it as DC. I know the roster has holes and such, but it is still mostly intact from what Snow had to work with, and it looks 100 times worse. Maybe it's Holcomb trying to fit the college-style pieces we had for Snow's system into a pro-scheme, but this poo is way worse than anything Snow ran. This is just bad. Really bad.
  16. McAdoodoo isn't even giving us a chance. This poo looks like Rhule snuck back in the building.
  17. This looks like a Rhule coached team again. Third lined up in the neutral zone in the first half. Thanks to Piniero for not only fuging his own head up, but thanks for fuging the entire team's up too.
  18. They're legit getting like 5 yards after contact and wrap up every play. We just didn't show up.
  19. That loss last week, and the way in which we lost it completely killed our spirit. This is pathetic. We didnt even show up. They are just punching us in the mouth and we're taking it. Also, McAdoodoo's playcalling is back to being complete ass. He just brought in an extra tackle only to have him stand there and do absolute nothing, while having PJ throw it into zone coverage with only like 2 guys running routes. This poo is so remedial.
