  1. Screens and draws into a stacked box?
  2. Can he be blamed for his poor throws? Y'know the ones that if he could complete them the D would back off from stacking the box. Or is that a coaching problem too? The INT that was called back for roughing the passer - awful. The INT he actually threw - awful. The pass behind a wide open T-Mac in the middle of the field - awful.
  3. I think if Horn doesn't fall over twice we might still be playing.
  4. Sounds like QB is the problem.
  5. Unfortunately Dalton is worse and that's unfair on the rest of the team. Roll with White.
  6. The game is 10-7. It's the 3Q. The D has just sacked the opposing QB on 4th down for a turnover on downs on our own 40. The running game has been neutralised all day, but there's enough time left to score and take the game away from the Saints. What does Young do? Throw one of the worst INTs I've ever seen. An absolute back breaker of a turnover. He's awful. Absolutely awful. A net negative player at the most important position in sports.
  7. He's the absolute heartbeat of our D. He's a great player - and if someone is offering you magic beans for him then you absolutely take him.
  8. Do you know why the defence is good enough to win now with an even remotely competent QB? I'll give you a hint, he wears #95.
  9. If I had a top 5 pick and the Panthers offered me their superstar DT I'd call that trade into NFL HQ so fast your head would be spinning.
  10. Why do we have to trade away our best players? Target QBs in FA and keep your powder dry in the Draft. If the right guy falls to you then take him, but don't chase players. That's how you end up with people like Young.
  11. I'd cut whoever missed that tackle. Leave them in Germany.
  12. The weird part is that was his thing too in college - hitting those deep balls.
  13. I mean yes and no. They traded two first round picks for, arguably, the best CB in the NFL. That's never a bad investment in a passing league. The Colts clearly live and die on O with Taylor though.
  14. We have a great opportunity to move on from the mistake that has crippled this franchise for the last three years. Alas I feel like we're going to double down on it.
  15. I mean we beat the Packers and got clowned by the talking heads - if that doesn't annoy you I don't know what to say. It's no so much I care what Edelman et al have to say - it's that they're voicing the opinion of the masses. I don't want to support a bottom-feeder team.
  16. This is a 'must win' game if we want people to start taking us seriously again.
  17. I know he's a few years way, but I watched that Cal QB yesterday. He's accurate, but goddamn he has zero velocity on his throws. I just don't see it.
  18. I think we're weeping bitterly because a borderline PS calibre player is our starting QB.
  19. Especially when you cherry pick stats. He's often the guy on the screen missing the crucial tackle.
  20. It only happens if Dowdle continues to play like prime Adrian Peterson for the rest of the season. Seems unlikely.
  21. Gotta lock down that QB who threw for 100 yards and committed two turnovers at historic Lambeau Field. He's vital to our future success. Couldn't absolutely pick someone up from a couch / practice squad that could provide you with the same production. No siree.
  22. Thursday night games tend to be sloppy. There's no demand for them from the players or fans, but here we are.
  23. Winning? Young is 11-27 as a starter. When did we start getting entitled again?
