    You don't even need to limit to QB - considering what we gave up, Young is the biggest bust of the last 20 years. Absolute franchise crippler.

    Off the top of my head: LaPorta - 2nd round McBride - 2nd round Ferguson - 4th round Freiermuth - 2nd round Andrews - 3rd round Bowers is a freak of nature, but TEs that change the game can be found outside the 1st round.

    Should have traded him to the Rams when they offered two first round picks. Another Fitterer blunder.

    Tua only worked when he had two elite #1 WRs.

    They switched what they were asking him to do. Rhule / Snow were asking him to play laterally until they twigged that he's a dump truck and just needs to body the guy infront of him and control his space.

    He has to be far more physical if he wants to be a big-bodied WR like Graham. Right now he's like Kyle Pitts - a soft, slow WR.

    Unless G. Od is walking through that door no Head Coach is 6-1 with Bryce Young throwing the football for him. We've improved from last year - that's all you can ask of a GM and HC.

    He bounced around the league before landing here to hold Bryce's hand. He looked good in one spot start last season then was bad enough that they felt confident in putting Young back in.
