Well crap, I guess I'm wrong. If Red Zone says it, it must be true. Pretty sure the HoF has already asked for Bryce's uniform as well.
Just that they have 100 times your credibility

And I disagree that it was an amazing drive. It wasn't. Those were mostly throws to wide open receivers and he still struggled to make them, with his arm weakness turning what should be gimmes into situations where a defender darn near closed the gap (e.g. the Tremble throw). It worked out, but it was neither pretty nor special. We have just been so starved of WB play, and Bryce has been so awful and the cost to get him so high, that the bar is set real low.
Red Zone just picked as the Drive of the Day

We got the win. Cool. But I never want to experience this kind of win again. Never again do I want to watch us struggle to do anything offensively for four quarters and rely on defense alone to keep us in the thick of things, including a timely RedZone interception.
Never again do I want to see us actually have an impressive drive that sets us up to win where we ACTUALLY end it with refusing to try for a TD from the fuging one yard line when your run game is hot.
No balls. No pride. No desire to be great. But absolutely fine with doing just enough to skate by. Tabor can be gone forever at this point. Bitch mentality from any coach. This isn't like just making it into field goal range and not wanting to fug it up. It's the goddamn goal line.
Last year Mayfield was called the worst qb ever
Today, he had the elite perfect QBR of 157.3. Seems quarterbacks fail when they are here. Young probably should be begging to be let go. LOL.

CMC sucked his last two years here, we literally improved greatly when he left last year. He’s great in the right system, he’s not an MVP or anything crazy like that
You’re only MVP if your team is mediocre before you are on the roster and you win the Super Bowl once you join. If 49ers win Super Bowl, CMC will be MVP.

Look, Tepper uses the quote "Rome wasn't built in a day". It took Rome roughly 800 years to reach it's peak. Just give it time, by 2823 we are going to be really good.
Funny!

My wife and I were original season ticket PSL owners from 1995 to 2008. NFL went to flex scheduling and since we live in Columbia, we were missing games. Sold them in 2009 prior to Clausen and made money. Lucky break.
Even when the team returned to success, it was cheaper to buy selective game tickets than reinvest in a PSL. -
Just for comparison sake
Troy Aikman had a passer rating of 55.7 with 1,749 yards, 9 touchdowns and 18 interceptions in 11 games in his rookie season in 1989.
11 seasons later, he had won 3 Super bowls and been in 6 Pro Bowls

You're just nut hugging if you repeatedly deflect all blame from Bryce it's getting old.
The circumstances around him aren't the best. But he sure as hell hasn't been doing much to elevate the talent around him. The best qbs like mahomes and Brady do that. That's why you see new England shitting their pants right now. Sorry ass qb play.
His untimely turnovers in particular were back breakers in at least 3 out of his 4 games
You do realize that Mahomes played in 1 game his rookie year.

hernandez was busy murdering people and still did that, including people that were likely enemies of Tom Brady/Belichick (like you said, "versatile")
if you extrapolate out his stats if he weren't murdering people, he far exceeds Gronk's production.
Gronk played the same role for the patriots that The Golden Calf of Bristol played for the Gators: distract the press and naive fans while the grease men murdered people behind the scenes.
"if you extrapolate out his stats if he weren't murdering people, he far exceeds Gronk's production."
That has to be the most hilarious line ever in any football forum.
Good job.

Shame that that injury prone CMC probably will fall 50 yards short of 2000 yards total offense this year
Fact is.. injuries are luck of the draw in most cases and none of us can predict it. But then again conjecture is half the fun of this forum

I think the answer here is simple. It's scheme. Look at Frankie Luuvu. That guy is flourishing here, but was just a special teamer every where else. I think all franchises have situations like this happen. D'onta Foreman has been one of the best running backs in the league since he's gotten the burn. He has out performed CMC in this offense this season. CMC goes to San Fran and looks great again. Then again CMC went to go play for a honorary family member. Talk about a nepotistic situation. poo is just weird like that sometimes.
Perfect proof that it is coaching
Foreman wasn't used by Rhule; CMC was used wrong.
Foreman excelling and CMC has good chance to break 2000 yards in total offense.
McAdoo and Rhule would screw up Mahomes

Hope Rambo makes it.
Wouldn't it be great to have an announcer say" lined up to the left are Tommy Tremble and Rambo"

That to me is the key.
I'm a big fan. I think we should keep him. I also think we should stop treating him like he's JStew. If we need three yards between the tackles, fine, draft a guy to do that. If we are gonna get him out on the edge with motion, match him up against LB's, create scary looks for a defense, GREAT. Give him carries and catches, but make sure he gets those in places where he can be the guy he is.
We will trade him to a team with good coaching and he will be used correctly and everyone here will be yelling about how poor the general management was to let him go.

Maybe the 1.7 QBR for Walker explains some of it. 5.4 for CAM and 1.7 for Walker. We might have the worst offensive line in NFL history!
